宇佐見 蓮子@C94
When this card is Special Summoned by the effect of "Seasonal Herald of Winter": add 1 "Seasonal" monster from your deck to your hand. Once per turn, during either player's turn: you can send 1 card from your field to the top of your deck; negate the activation of a Spell/Trap card, and destroy it. During either player's turn: you can return this card to your hand; Special Summon 1 "Seasonal Herald of Summer" from your deck. When this card is Special Summoned by the effect of "Seasonal Herald of Spring": you can Discard 1 card; return 1 "Seasonal" monster from your Hand or Graveyard to the top of your deck. While this card is face-up on the field: Level 6 or higher Monsters cannot be Special Summoned. During either player's turn: you can return this face-up card to your hand; Special Summon 1 "Seasonal Herald of Autumn" from your deck When this card is Special Summoned by the effect of "Seasonal Herald of Summer": reveal the top 3 cards of your deck; Special Summon 1 "Seasonal" monster revealed by this effect and return the rest to the bottom of your deck. When this card is face-up on the field: Monsters with less than 2000 ATK cannot be summoned. During either player's turn: you can return this card to your hand; Special Summon 1 "Seasonal Herald of Winter" from your deck. When this card is Special Summoned by the effect of "Seasonal Herald of Autumn": you can tribute 1 Monster you control: draw 1 card and reveal it. If it is a "Seasonal" monster: you can Special Summon it to draw 1 more card. While this card is face up on the field: Xyz Monsters cannot be Xyz Summoned. During either player's turn: you can return this card to your hand: Special Summon 1 "Seasonal Herald of Spring"
So yeah. I cannot make a deck out of these but maybe someone can. They're kinda fun and interesting to play~

The goal is to access a Herald as soon as possible by transmodifying Halberd or Suwako. Stormforth makes Seasonal Herald in the hand more live, and once you get the cycle going you can bounce a Herald to your hand and drop it through the Spell. Maeriberii Haan
These are actually pretty similar to UAs in playstyle and philosophy, but with less Jersey and more control. I think I've tried a monarch-like approach with them before, though didn't like it that much. Doing Herald-ghostrick sounds hilarious on paper, but it might suffer from lack of deckspace. Otherwise, transmod build like Voltex's are the way to go.
