1 DARK Tuner + 2 or more Zombie- Type monsters
Once per turn, you can discard 1 DARK monster from your hand. If you do, Special Summon 1 Zombie-Type monster from your opponent's Graveyard to their side of the field. Zombie)Type monsters destroyed by battle with this attacking monster are banished.

Card B
T3fYtE5.jpg
You can only Special Summon 1 "Witchy Wisp" per turn. When this card is Normal or Special Summoned: You can target 1 Zombie-type monster in either player's Graveyard; Special Summon that target. Immediately after this effect resolves, Synchro Summon 1 Synchro Monster from your Extra Deck using these cards only, then banish the Synchro Materials. You cannot conduct your Battle Phase the turn you activate this effect. If this card is used for the Synchro Summon of a Zombie-type monster, draw 1 card.

Card A

Too complicated to Synchro Summon (most likely will need Pain Painter), and the effect is awful: You discard 1 card to give a free monster to the opponent, just to beat it up and banish it? Really? The discard is apparently an effect so you could use it to trigger a Shaddoll or BA or wathnot, but if you are running a Zombie deck chances are you won't, nor shouldn't, be running the former 2.

Card B

This looks good. A "1-card ED monster" that locks your BP to keep it on check and further rewards you for summoning a Zombie Synchro, which are scarce and most of them situational.

Actually, just looked it up and there are only 3 Zombie Synchros, and all of them need Plaguespreader as Tuner so... the card draw effect is currently inaccessible. The card is still good for summoning any other Synchros, though.

I vote for Card B.

Pretty easy to pick, Card A is far too underpowered from 3-mat standard, even with decent stat and banishing stuffs it kills, but the remaining effects just make literally nothing. Card B is cool, a 1-card Synchro that cost BP and have type-restricted (unless Zombie World is in play, but it make almost no different in the right deck anyway) The glitch Voltex pointed is pretty huge, still it's clearly better than another card.

Card B win.
