Holy...

...I have no words for how much I want this card in any of my decks

lightning bolt or ghostfire (or whatever you want to call it) as a +2, exiling everything except colorless cards and face-down cards for a minus that varies in required loyalty, and an ultimate that is the exact opposite of Bolas...

...THIS IS AWESOME!!!

(Also, unlike last time, this is from Magic's official website, so this is legit)

Nice Christmas spoiler from Wizards.

The anti-Bolas ultimate is really, really clever. People are casting Hornet Queen in format, so this seeing play is within the realm of possibility. The -X is pretty good by itself as a flexible Wrath effect. Fairly certain this is as good if not better than Perilous Vault in a lot of control decks.

Just as exciting is that KtK fetches will be in Fate Reforged just as the shocks were in Dragon's Maze.

So that first Ugin wasn't all that far off.

I love how it's ultimae reflects Nicol Bolas's, even though that made it worse in power since you gotta have a good hand. But, this is a colorless Planeswalker with a fucking board wipe attached to it, so I can't say this card is weak.

Very nice. I like it.

Vault would still be better being live on turn 6 vs. this on turn 8.

It helps that you draw the cards THEN put them into play.

Anyway, seems really sweet. Not sure it will make it into standard at 8 mana, but I know I want at least 1 for EDH. This hits ultimate very fast, especially compared to more recent planeswalkers. Also, didn't catch that the ult is a light mirror of Bolas'. Also interesting to note, Bolas costing 8 means Ugin can't get rid of him right away.

Only one of them actually leaves a threat that needs to be answered behind though. When your Wrath also doubles as a win con, it's probably better than Vault. Vault is actually pretty weak in the long term. It's played out of necessity, not out of sheer power.

I feel like the UB control decks that would want this would still want the Vault though. This is certainly more powerful, but waiting even longer for the wrath seems undesirable. In all likelihood the decks will likely end up running a split of 1-3 in favor of Vault since having Ugin has a 1 of isn't that big an issue since you see so many cards and you never really want him in your opening hand. 2-2 is also a possible split. It is a harder sell for it to be a 3-1 split in favor of Ugin though.
