Yes this is a thing I decided to do.

Instead of having a battle of characters, why not have a battle of hats? Hats are cool and Touhou is full of them, so why not. Only proper hats qualify, of course. Ribbons need not apply. Marisa's hat gets a bye because it is that cool.
