Smear
I actually really like it tbh. Has its own form of depth, while very minimal it's definitely there and it doesn't look too bad. Flow is nice too. Render placement is a little awkward but from the concept of the tag looks like it was on purpose. Interesting execution. The black on the right side is a bit bare but it works with the tag. Lighting is bad like you said but other than that it's pretty g i like it nice good job 10/10 rate in showcase
Lunar Origins
Depth was the first thing that I went for with this tag, actually. A couple of C4Ds, blurring, sharpening, and background and stuff, and then the lighting I did absolutely made it all invisible. I'm done for tonight, but I think I'll try and rework it tomorrow. chairman ali
This is old school, it's not bad actually. You just need to fix your ratio of effect placement. There is too much blank space on the right and too much effects in the corner. Try to balance these things out. Watch out for over-contrasting. The arm is over-contrasted, so it looks over-burnt. Lunar Origins
Yeah, I find myself creating tags that are horrible 'one-sided' as you point it out. I don't know WHAT to do with blank space; I just kind of forget about it when I'm tagging, which is a problem, and when I get around to actually, well, trying to deal with it, I kind of dunno what to put there.
