Arcana Force XXI - The World

[Level 8/LIGHT/Fairy/Effect/ATK 3100/DEF 3100]

When this card is Summoned, toss a coin: ● Heads: During your End Phase, you can send 2 monsters you control to the Graveyard to skip your opponent's next turn. ● Tails: During your opponent's Draw Phase, add the top card of their Graveyard to their hand.

This guy is one of the few Arcana Force monsters to give you some incentive for fooling around with, because of his Heads effect (which you can assure with Light Barrier), which is very potent and (afaik) unique for effects in YGO.  This guy is basically the only card in YGO (again, afaik) that outright gives you extra turns, and a gimmicky deck built around him can lock your opponent out of their turns if it sets up correctly.

Do you think skipping your opponent's turns will remain exclusive to this guy, or do you predict more cards with that effect will ever show up again?

I don't know why, but time manipulation has always been one of my single favorite things ever. The World is no different. I only wish Arcana Force as a whole didn't suck.

I do think we'll eventually get another time control card. But it'd be either a final boss tier card from the anime or some crazy s*** from a manga.

... or Yuya makes an evolution out of Odd-Eyes and Timegazer/Chronomancy Magician. That could be fun.

Unless you invest more cards, getting Heads is purely luck based.
On top of that, you have to constantly provide fodder.
Furthermore, you have to always be in a sort of 1-up position on your Opponent in terms of keeping this thing alive for that long.
Finally, you have to maintain this shit

So yes, it's totally fair that you need like 10-20 cards to even begin putting your Opponent in a state of suspended animation.

At best, it'd be about 5 cards: Armageddon Knight/Dark Grepher/RoTA, Kagetokage/Thrasher, Hecatrice/Valhalla, Light Barrier/Terraforming, The World himself.

So yes, the investment into getting the World lock up and running is very expensive, and the potency of the turn lock is fair because of that.  Also Level Eaters are pretty much the best fodder for him.

You know, Yuya also has an evolution of said monsters: "Rune-Eyes Pendulum Dragon"; it just doesn't deal with 'time'.
But back on the matter of the card in question: recently a new mechanic has been added to the game that can make up for the cost you need to pay each turn. Yes, I am 'talking' about Pendulum Summoning. If you manage to get this card's head effect ("Reversal of Fate" can be of some help), you can constantly skip your opponent's turn by Tributing your Pendulum Summoned monsters. Now I am curious how well this card works in a "Qliphort"-Deck.
Mistakenly thought it tributed the monsters; Pendulum Monsters won't work.
