Goose
Here is the current member group progression 1 star - 0 posts 2 star - 10 posts 3 star - 25 posts 4 star - 150 posts 5 star - 1000 posts 6 star - 5000 posts Notice how you always need to more than double your post count? It's 400% more from 5-6 yet only 100% for 6-7. Something doesn't fit. Ideally I'd say 50k but no one will go for that so let's say 20 000. inb4butthurt members with 10k-20k posts who would lose vip
Rodrigo
No support. Realistically, no new members will ever reach 10000 posts.
Lunar Origins
Absolutely no support. In fact, I think we should lower it, if anything. As it stands right now, almost no member on the site has twenty thousand posts. We want things to be achievable, not impossible.
Flash Flyer - Sakura
Out of fairness, the only member who ever reached the 50K mark would be ragnarok1945. For the 20k and over mark, including the inactive ones that no longer come (and excluding rag), 14 people made it. If this were old YCM (activity and everything), it would be quite possible to make it in a reasonable timeframe. As is, not really. However, no support on making VIP require more posts. BTW guys, the level progression thing is the same as it's always been, with the addition of said 7th star 1 star = 0 - 24 2 star = 25 - 149 3 star = 150 - 399 4 star = 400 - 999 5 star = 1000 - 4999 [though you become a Senior at 4k] 6 star = 5000 - 9999 7 star = 10,000 and above We did suggest a 8th star earlier, possibly at the 15k mark, but never happened.
