The selected opponent's monster loses 1000 ATK until the End Phase. "Millenium Shield"+"Millenium Shield"+"Millenium Shield" The DEF of this card increases by 100 points during the beginning of your Standby Phase. If Stop Defense is played by your enemy pay 100 life points at the beginning of every one of your opponent's Standby Phases's: negate the effect of Stop Defense. 1 MILLENNIUM tuner+ 2 MILLENNIUM non-tuners Each of these can be activated once per turn: ● Reveal the top 5 cards of your Deck. Shuffle them back in and this card gains 1 additional attack this turn for each monster revealed. ● Negate the activation of an effect that destroys a card(s) on the field and send it to the Graveyard. ● During your opponent's turn: You can remove from play this face-up card: negate 1 attack from a monster your opponent controls. The reason why it didn't immediately show is because you're under moderator preview (due to having 7 warning points). Anyway, I'll CnC these cards quickly. Millennium Eye is essentially an Archetype-specific Attack Gainer, in nearly all senses of it; save for Eye actually having stats. Fortress requires 3 Millennium Shields, and mind you that they aren't used nowadays, or at least not very often. Also like to point out that Stop Defense is a Normal Spell card in the real game; it's not like the anime/manga when used by Bonz. In any case, no one uses Stop Defense and more or less is just a slow boosting wall that is weak to nearly every form of removal. Tank's effects are essentially a ripoff of Shooting Star Dragon's, except for the first effect just requiring monsters, as opposed to Tuners. Monster mash would have a field day with this card. As for making this card, the idea here would be to run Eye + 2 Shields; but even so, this card needs to be toned down a lot. Keep in mind that Pendulums also exist, and can make this card's Synchro Summon that much easier (for Shield). I would highly recommend you rethink Tank's effects so they aren't copy+pasted from another existing card.
