You inherently noticed a drop in quality in General (before some of the staff even) and took it upon yourself to take the initiative to pm me about helping out, that's major respect in my book.

My man Blackerino, It's really odd how sometimes it seems as though we're so very similar and at other times polar opposites, because of that I like to think that we understand each other fairly well.

You're of the few people who have a legitimately good overview on things, your opinions are for the most part accurate but you sometimes get carried away and assume that because of it you're always correct.

Although you've voiced it once, wondering how that holds up now during modship days. (Last time you said it was a few months ago, before promotion)

 

It's changed a lot over the years, that's a good thing though. 

 

When I first saw you years back I didn't really think much, just another random member I see sometimes. After you came back I noticed that you were definitely different from the other "vets" around the pond. Rather than using it as an excuse to be arrogant like the rest of us fucks you stayed humble and used your knowledge of the site to be helpful. That was my biggest reason for trusting you with the title in the first place.

 

Up until now you haven't disappointed me (except for that slight hiccup a couple of weeks back, but in retrospect I was probably just being a bit too harsh) and for the most part you've done more than enough around the site to pull your own weight.

 

To slightly touch on what I mentioned prior, I feel like you have a knack for giving too much thought on trivial shit when your efforts would best be allocated into doing something productive. That being said, when you're being productive it's like you're 3 people.

 

Overall, I'm glad to have you on the team, and I'm more than certain you'll continue to do good work.

I could legitimately write a book about you in particular, that in and of itself is a compliment. 

 

At the surface you seem to just be a really shy person but when you come around to opening up you're very complex. You genuinely just have an aura about you that makes you very easy to talk to, for someone to be able to get me to open up even slightly is really impressive as not many are able to do so. You're probably one of the most genuine people on this site, by just being yourself you make the rest of us terrible people a bit better by association.

 

You definitely do need to stop giving a fuck about trivial shit though, some things just aren't worth worrying about. 

That and you've got to believe in yourself more because you in particular can and will accomplish whatever the fuck you want with just a bit of confidence.

You're the pinnacle new member. Sociable, interactive, helpful, suggestive, and just a wholesome genuine guy overall.

Didn't know who the fuck you were until like a month ago, it's definitely been a pleasant surprise. You're everything I want in a moderator and then some. 

You carry conversation in the mod forum, you're both respectful and respectable by (hopefully) everyone on the site, and you're both confident and enthusiastic enough to make some pretty legitimate change around here. All of that's something that was achieved in a very brief period of time, that makes me optimistic about the future of the team and this forum as a whole.

Finding out you were the zeobaby from the myths was like being reunited with a past love. I actually thought you were cool back in day, and anyone who knew me back then knows that I fucking hated everyone who wasn't a Showcase kid. Plus I was a massive asshole back then, but you didn't mind, that's real love m8.

The first bit seems like real overkill for sure. I dunno about complex, cause most of my personality stems from my complete lack of confidence.

 

The bit about being easy to talk to does make me happy, cause it's one of the few good things I feel I have. I'm just really bad at keeping conversations going for long. x-x

 

I don't really consider myself that great of a person. I make tons of mistakes and have really bad anger issues most of the time. I just force myself to live up to those mistakes as much as I can.

 

You're right about worrying too much, but fuck me that's what I had to get medication for. Probably gonna take it about a week to kick in, then I should be a little less stressed. My winter vacation should help that too. x-x

Indeed, I can be. It's usually the result of alcohol in the late hour after a long day, but at least I'm self-aware enough to hold back.
