All you get is a 2700 that can become a 3000 with Gates of Dark World, and can negate its own leaving twice before providing a meager once per Duel effect. It doesn't stop your opponent from just getting a bigger monster, or suiciding with a 3000 ATK beater, of which there are plenty. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

7-ink Posted December 7, 2014 Report Share Posted December 7, 2014 Of all cards, I see that only cards that negate with high ATK, attach as Xyz martial, equip as equip card can get rid of it. No use just overpowering it with ATK and destruction by effect require multiple use. Divine Dragon Knight Felgrand, Silent Honer Ark, or similar card do well to get rid of it. Its be negated and plow over, became attached or equipped, except that one time it'll return to the Extra Deck. Skill Drain works too, but that's for most situation already. chaoticjexak Posted December 10, 2014 Report Share Posted December 10, 2014 it would give DW a decent 3200 with gates on field- as well as a possible grave target for gates if it ever leaves the field-since yer unlikely to bring it back unless you use gates. i would however say the level is a little offish- due to the only material usable being grapha, unless one also make a level changing DW or another lvl 8 aslo-what does the name mean? by DW standards it should be a colour Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Carbon compresses through dif stages before becoming diamond...graphite is one of them. DW doesnt have a very hard time getting 2 graphas out, and this puts them into the grave anyway, when it detaches them.You can easily make 3 of this guy in a decent DW deck Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
chaoticjexak Posted January 15, 2015 Report Share Posted January 15, 2015 makes sense on the colour thing :D so essentially its compressed graph lol. its also worth noting that graph can be easily recycled by returning a dw to the hand. now I'm no expert with tic- but if you truly wanted couldn't you return your xyz back toy the ExDeck work? for if thats the case it would be incredibly useful as you would have a recyclable xyz that you'd only need two of so as not to clutter the Exdeck… but if I'm wrong I'm wrong :3 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

As much as I loath Dark Worlds, I was always surprised that they don't have a reliable way to activate their other effects that activate when discarded by their opponent. This solves that as well as being a stupidly strong Rank 8 for them. My only concern is, as mentioned, how strong this is. If you are potentially playing this card right then you could be getting some seriously strong effects, and this thing as strong as it is is a bit disconcerting, seeing as Dark Worlds Can swarm ridiculously as is. Maybe tone down it's attack or defense a touch? I just want to avoid the Slippery Slope / Win-Moar mentality. I like the updated effect. What if the monster changed the effect to: "Pick one card in your opponent's hand at random; Discard that card"? Like I said Dark worlds don't really have a way to do this.
