Bringerofcake
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IQJDxBnE0u8

Overdose is actually pretty powerful. This deck capitalizes on Vanity's pretty well, especially when Grand Mole gets involved. Probably going to drop the safe zones for something else. Darj
Has been a while since I played Rock Stun or its variants, but this looks solid in my opinion, except for a couple of cards that probably would be better in the side than the main Deck, namely Soul Drain and Breaktrough, which are most of the time useless against Qlips. Not sure if you should run more Wall/MST to counter Scouts, unless you can already handle Qlips with Fossil Dynas, Vanity and Overdoses. This is a silly idea, but how about teching 1 Soul Release for banishing any non-EARTH Rank4 you Summon and making Block Golem live again? Yes, a single copy would still be unreliable, but I guess is better than having none at all; and Soul Release should be decent for banishing resources from the opponent's grave. Transmigration Prophecy may be able to do the trick as well, and has the perk of being a Trap.

Darj
Now that you added Dark Hole, I just noticed the deck is lacking other "power Spells" such as Raigeki and Soul Charge. You could drop the Safe Zones for space, although the Zones don't look bad on paper. Not sure of Redox either, because while it is a recurring wall, I don't really see how it can help you to push forward. I think you could run CotHs instead to revive Block Golem or surprise the opponent with a Koa'ki rock.

Thought I had DH in my old build, but I'll drop it for Raigeki, since I can't capitalize off Dark Hole the way other decks can. Safe Zone + Dyna can win games, but spot removal is super big right now, so I'll see how I'm doing after some more testing Redox is mostly used as a Monster Reborn, but I could probably drop it for a Soul Charge or COTH. Toffee.
This is a stun deck.Ouroboros doesn't stun.Ouroboros can mess with the hand/Graveyard, if it needs to, though. No, I'm not saying to switch, since Masq can do more, but still...
