LordCowCowCowCowCowCowCowCow
I figured it was a good time for this. What do you think of snow? What do you like doing in the snow? Do you want more or less snow? Personally, I likes snow for the most part. But only looking at it. Haven't done many snowy activities in a while unfortunately. But working outside in the snow has really made me a bit negative about it. Pushing carts through ice and snow was not a fun time.

TO THE DEATHHHHHH (or at least until you destroy each others snow forts with snow-based missile launchers) Okay that made me laugh. (I like that Snow too.) I haven't done a snowball fight in so long, I've gotta get some people together to do it. Snow knows nothing. Careful there, this ain't misc. ;) (And I'm curious as to people's opinions, especially people outside of Wisconsin.)
Rodrigo
inb4 TGM I have never seen Snow. Brazil never gets snow. I don't know if I should be happy or sad about this, because I really dislike cold weathers.

Brinolovania
It's pretty OK I guess, but not when you get so much of it for so long, like we do up here in almost-Canada. At least shoveling is nicer than mowing the lawn.

Shradow
Snow is great for the first few days, but after that it just fucking sucks. On campus last winter we had a good couple feet of snow and 0 degree weather for about a month straight.
Tentacruel
Have you ever wished you could have more snow? Or visited a snowy place? All the time. I saw snow once in Atlanta, but it was such a light flurry it was more like dust. I don't think I could live somewhere really cold though. Or more accurately, I couldn't live somewhere that's cloudy a lot.

On campus last winter we had a good couple feet of snow and 0 degree weather for about a month straight. Oh gosh yeah that's true, after a while it gets to the point where you actually have to DEAL with it in your daily life. But, it still looks really nice, in my opinion. All the time. I saw snow once in Atlanta, but it was such a light flurry it was more like dust. I don't think I could live somewhere really cold though. Or more accurately, I couldn't live somewhere that's cloudy a lot. Ahhh yeah understandable. The sun is a nice thing, and I'm sure it would be a huge change for you. That being said, living in Wisconsin I'm more used to it, so I'm sure it would be...really odd living where it didn't snow.
Flash Flyer - Sakura
Hawaiʻi doesn't get any snow (except for that one mountain on the southeastern most island in the state). So essentially, never had to shovel snow off the driveway or get chance to throw snowballs at people, etc. Closest I get to having snow is probably the ice skating rink in downtown. I don't really like cold weather (then again, I hate the heat to some extent), so kinda neutral. Wish it would snow down here though (in the other islands). goddamnit names are a pain
I love snow and cold weather in general. Can someone teach NC that December=Winter=Cold=Snow because I don't think it understands. It's just…so pretty and run to run in. Especially when it's quiet. I just feel like I could walk forever without a care in the world. It's also very calming.

I live near the capital (on another island), so never got a chance to go there. OT: If we did get snow over here, hopefully not as bad as what the US Mainland had to put up with the past couple weeks.

Fusion X. Denver
I'm pretty good with snow. I'll always love freshly-fallen snow and how everything looks covered in it. Though I hate slush and shoveling snow.
Aix
Oh! Oh! Oh! As a Canadian, ahem, I am the resident expert on snow. Yes, yes, thank you for the applause. *Bows* Snow is pretty, but it's never as good as the pictures, except sometimes when it first falls. Glare can make it pretty hard on the eyes, and it looks like shit everywhere when it gets dirty. Always loved to play in it as a kid, although it sucked when it got inside my impenetrable armor of winter clothing. Aaaand my school was a faggot for banning snowball fights. Though, I still like snow now because we sometimes throw snowballs at each other when we walk home, and I ski.

I like how snow looks irl actually, especially when it's in huge piles, kinda...framing everything else. The glare, well my eyes don't handle light well anyway. Though I do appreciate that snow makes the dark less dark, it helps when I have to work outside in the dark, cause the lights around my house suck. I want to ski sometime, or something like that. But for some reason it looks...intimidating.
Kazooie
We sometimes get snow fall around here that's just perfect. Not too much, but enough to make you want to just sit inside and relax. I love snow really, gives me a good reason to stay inside and be as lazy as I can be. Cin
I like watch it snow, not so much the sludge of the day after. Or the ice under it. Or the fact the UK cannot cope with a little bit of snow.

It's funne because you are certainly not the first nor oldest Canadian to join so it's kind of like a high school student saying they know something better than another student in a college/university-level version of it. Rather than being facetious, though, it started snowing here over a month ago and it has been very consistent. The snow only goes to my ankles or higher so far, which is a very, very low amount compared to what usually happens. I remember playing on huge mountains of snow everywhere with my brother and various friends a while ago. It isn't too rare that the snow almost covers cars after a storm or something, though. I feel like it is most annoying in tandem with -30 degrees Celsius and winds where your flesh burns at mere exposure. Then touching snow is a very unsure matter. And schools always banned snowball fights but why the hell would anybody listen to such a difficult rule to uphold, anyway? Nobody ever did anything about it. Sethera
For me, it depends on the month. Bear in mind I live in the northern hemisphere. In November/December, snow is very pretty. It gives a beautiful Christmas-y feeling to me. January makes me think of a winter wonderland, and the land looks like it's covered in icing. February is ugh and slush. March is even worse: ugh and slush and mush and dirt. I like snow though. I don't like it when I have to walk half an hour somewhere and it's below freezing, snowing, and the snow is still unshoveled and up to my knees.
