This looks like the images I get when I close my eyes sometimes. An explosion of color that doesn't seem to work, but it does, for some reason. Were you tripping when making this? JK.

I think there's a time and place for the highly saturated/noisy texture, but there's a bit too much difference between that (the colorful noisy stuff) and what seems to be the base layer(s) (the blue w/the white lines). Your last couple pieces have been very interesting though, and I hope you continue to experiment with new stuff.

I actually changed this after I'd uploaded it to address that somewhat, but you're definitely right that it's probably too harsh. Thanks, will do.
