My typical play is a scale of Cerberus and Ogre, as that gives you access to spamming Level 7s such as Odd-Eyes and Leonidas, while also pushing for extra damage and making rank 4 more attainable. Replacing the Cerberus with a Leonidas is even better, as it allows you to Pendulum Summon Proud Ogre and Cerberus, but I rarely end up doing so (largely because I am greedy as fuck with using leonidas as a monster)

isn't vanity's emptiness counter productive to pendulum summoning?

Vanity's is used at 3 in most every deck currently, especially for DNCG where necloths are a thing. I can take it out fairly easy using MST, Foolish, or just tribute summoning Ogre or Leo.

Out of curiosity, how has threatening roar been working?

Considering that my near-optimal first turn ends with a 0 atk monster, and that there are some crazy strong OTK decks out there, quite well. Considering pushing it to 3.

Leonidas (Scale 3) and Proud Ogre (Scale 8 ). Most relevant scale as it can summon the Odd-Eyes as well.

Thanks for restating what i already said. Also, pretty much any proud ogre scale (galilei excluded) can summon odd-eyes, so i am not sure what you are getting at there.

Anyway, has anybody done any testing with pot of wealth yet? I am considering it as a 1-of replacement for foolish burial, as foolish serves the same function of hellgate+valkyrie, and pot of wealth can give me advantage off of used keplers. Opinions?

said scale can also summon Ogres in addition, which the Cerberus/Ogre scale would not be able to do.

Ahh, so you meant to say ogre rather that odd eyes. That makes sense. Pretty much what i was saying, then. Thanks for... backing me up, i guess.

You have been playing these, dyson. Have you tested PoW yet?

I haven't played them post-SECE yet.

Too much Train-hype. I'll get back to you on that?
