The REAL question

  1. 1. Is Giga Innocent?

    • Of course! He is an amazing person who could do no harm to anyone!
    • I am spiteful and mean so I think Giga is guilty for some strange reason.
    • Obligatory indecisive neutral answer.

Seeing as we don't have one yet I will jump at the chance and be the judge. Don't worry I'm super qualified. I got a wig and a gavel and everything.

Now then, lawyers, people, and what have you. Begin speaking words to me. On the case I mean.

My client would like to plead guilty to all charges and will submit himself to the mercy of the court in exchange for protection from his wife.

Well... I'm sure he would be protected enough in his cell...

Granted, I can't say he would last long.

That's a parody from a biased author. And Thar, please be seated and observe the trial.

""The case of Giga versus Lord Cowcow will now begin. Would the audience please rise for the honorable Judge Night." Dressed in the same trenchcoat as he's been wearing his entire career, Night strutted up the elevation that led to the podium, where he took pride in getting comfortable in. To the audience, the look he wore showed more hubris than professionalism, none of which he cared about.

"Be seated!" Night announced as they all did so. The super mod grinned in satisfaction before he seated himself, twirling the gavel with his fingers as he eyed the table that lacked a defense attorney. The accused sat in the one adjacent to it with Ain sitting next to him. Night couldn't help but admire the way Ain looked, despite his companionship with that of the judge he was replacing.

As Night began to start the case without a defense attorney, the main doors at the opposite wall of the court sprang open with a loud knocking sound of wood, revealing a sprawling attorney with an un-buttoned suit, loose tie, and unorganized case of files flying out of what looks to have been closed without everything being fully inside. He was breathing heavily as he ran down the opening that divided the seats, plopping down behind the table where Giga sat. Night giggled when Giga pinched the top of his nose with squinting eyes. He knew the feeling, even though he was not directly involved with the case."

Oh, I'm seated... and I'm observing.
