AGATHODAIMON BANGTAIL COW
3 Gyakkutenno is too much, especially if you're going to run Exodius. I want to say you could also switch out Senju for Sonic Bird as Senju's role can be replicated with Prep-o-Rites, but you're probably having problems with fodder as is. As for the Extra Deck, you could afford to take out a few Rank 4s (since you're running only 5 Level 4s and none of them are searchable nor do you have a way to SS them) for some more space for Rank 3s. Giga-Brilliant can be a nice little boost. Also, your only out to your own #30 is CED, so it might be better to get a different monster for that slot. Have you considered trying RUM Astral Force? Having access to Volcasaurus and company would be pretty nice seeing as this Deck is going to have problems being offensive until you get two Heralds overlayed into a Rank 6 (which is really expensive). Yemachu
You run very few Fairy-Type monsters for a "Herald of Perfection" Deck; effectively 7 (3 "Manju of the Ten Thousand Hands", 2 "Gyakutenno Megami" and 2 "Herald of Perfection" (third one has to be on the field)). I presume "Exodius the Ultimate Forbidden Lord" is supposed to make up for the small amount of fairies. Since it shuffles them into the Deck, it does not give you any advantage. Also, due to it not being a Level 6 monster, it cannot be used as a tribute for the Ritual Summon of "Herald of Perfection". Futhermore its ATK won't exceed 2000 in this Deck... a tad low. Lastly it is a Spellcaster-Type monsters and therefore it cannot be discarded for the cost of "Herald of Perfection". My suggestion would be to take it out of the Deck. Next card which doesn't seem that useful in the current build of the Deck: "Advanced Ritual Art". It is not a bad card per se , but your low number of Normal Monsters makes it quite a gamble. Depending on where you intend to go with the deck, I would either suggest to drop 1 or add more Normal Monsters. In case you were to add more (Fairy-Type) Normal Monsters, you could easily refill your hand with "Dark Factory of Mass Production". "Sonic Bird", while Ritual Support, seems like an oddball. It does help you fetch a Ritual Spell card; of which you have 5... "Manju of the Ten Thousand Hands" serves that same purpose, but allows you to search a Ritual Monster as well; not to mention it is a Fairy-Type as well. Since you don't run any level 2 monsters, you cannot use either of them as Ritual Tribute. To activate their effect, you have to summon them; leaving you 'wide' open (1400 ATK is not all that much). Since "Sonic Bird" does not have all that much usage in this Deck, removing it from the deck does not seem like a bad idea; wouldn't you agree? That leaves the Ritual Fodder. Since you use the "Djinn of Rituals" monsters, you need multiple card to quickly get them in the Graveyard. Unfortunatly non of the "Djinn of Rituals" monsters themselves, or the engine you use to get them in the Graveyard, is Fairy-Type. Considering they take up 10~11 slots in your Deck (depending on whether or not you count "Foolish Burial"), it might not be such a bad idea to look for a some other Fairy-Type cards that could replace them. By doing so, you however lose your Xyz Engine, giving you little reason to keep "Rank-Up-Magic Astral Force" in your Deck. As you might have noticed, I have mostly suggested cards to take out. That does not really help, now does it? Here are a few suggestions of what to add to your Deck: "Archlord Kristya" a reasonably strong Fairy-Type that lets you retrieve a Fairy from your Graveyard when it is summoned. It also stops Special Summons, unlike "Djinn Releaser of Rituals" it blocks both sides... a little downside to using it. Also it places itself on top of your deck when it would be sent from the field to the Graveyard, can be a pro or a con depending on how you look at it. As for numbers, 2 at most. Regarding the issue with "Advanced Ritual Art", how about adding 3 "Mystical Shine Ball" and maybe a "Dunames Dark Witch"? All 3 "Mystical Shine Ball" could be used in a ritual Summon, or 1 together with a Level 4 monster. This holds true for Ritual Summon with either Ritual Spell Card. "The Agent of Creation - Venus" can, at the price of 500 LP, summon 1 "Mystical Shine Ball" from your Deck. This in turn gives you easy access to Rank 2 monsters. Also, when running these cards, you might also want to include "The Agent of Mystery- Earth" and/or "Master Hyperion". The former searches your Deck for "The Agent of Creation - Venus" and is a Tuner, the latter is moderatly powerful in terms of ATK and can destroy cards with its effect. "Tethys, Goddess of Light" provides a way to keep some fairies in your hand; by revealing it when you draw it, you get to draw 1 more card. Though I must admit that I am not too fond of this card myself; it is a Level 5 monster, and has no effect to Special Summon itself easily. But it is a reasonable option if you wish to run it. While it might not make much sense in a non-Xyz based Deck, "Star Seraph Scepter" and "Star Seraph Sovereign" can be added to the Deck. Both of them are Fairy-Type monsters and thus fodder for "Herald of Perfection". "Star Seraph Scepter" lets you add another "Star Seraph" (read Fairy-Type) monster from your Deck to your hand when it is summoned; "Star Seraph Sovereign" lets you draw a card when it Special Summons itself. Also they open up the option of Rank 4 Xyz plays. Its up to you whether you wish to include these weird options in your deck. Since most monsters in the Deck are LIGHT monsters if you apply most suggestions, "Honest" does seem tempting; being a LIGHT staple. Also it is a Fairy-Type, so it can also be used as "Herald of Perfection" fodder when needed. The total amount of cards might not add up to 40, but these suggestions should mostly give you a guideline to what you could add. Otherwise you could also try to add a few more splashable cards; "Bottomless Trap Hole", "Raigeki", "Mystical Space Typhoon" and "Vanity's Emptiness". Also with the supplied changes, you might need to rework your Extra Deck; suggestions are a bit too dependant on what you change, and therefore I cannnot give any real advice on what to add remove. Either way, I hope you have some usage for my suggestions. AGATHODAIMON BANGTAIL COW
Well, if you're going the Agent Herald route, then yeah, go ahead and do it. It's tons better. Wow..... shine ball seems cool...... Thanks alot ^^!!!! Bottomless trap hole is really bad against BA this format but it is amazing against qlips and other stuff in general..... Im STRONGLY apposed to archlord kristya...... its a plain awful card,,,,, If you run tethys then i think its good to run transmodify aswell... BTH is still good, so yeah. If you find yourself against a Deck that BTH isn't good against, you can just side it out or something. Kristya is really good actually. It's a Vanity's Emptiness on a huge body who doesn't commit suicide. If you don't know how to get it on the field more reliably, then run Valhalla, Hall of the Fallen. It flings Tethys, Kristya, Hyperion (who could definitely be ran at more than 1 here), and even the low-level things like Venus onto the field for you. I'd rather it than Transmodify since while it can fetch Tethys from the Deck, it only does that (well, you can turn a Shine Ball into Venus too). The one problem I have with the Shine Ball route is that you're going to end up using it either for Herald or for Venus, and not both (actually, Dunames prevents this sometimes). Back in the Agents' heyday, you could because Avarice was still around. I would say consider putting Exodius back in, but that disrupts your Hyperion setup. Instead of Exodius, you could try two Transmigration Prophecies (mainly because they double as a pseudo D.D. Crow). Star Seraphs sound like a pretty neat idea, since your Manju doesn't really do anything after it searches for you. Turning it into a 3mat4 with tons of plusses would definitely help you progress offensively.
