[Spoilers!] Interstellar and other Nolan films

So...I've just got back from watching Interstellar in cinemas, and yet again find myself blown away by a Christopher Nolan film. The man just makes good movies! Inception, The Dark Knight and maybe even Memento are all in my top 10 films of all time, if not my top 5, and this may be added to that group as well. It just makes you think and talk with your friends afterwards.

 

I can't say that the film was perfect (no Nolan film is without its flaws; The Dark Knight is closer than others due to how much simpler it is) but I still just have to give it 5 stars. The visuals, ideas and most importantly the characters and their emotional developments were just incredible, and the film never dragged even with its long runtime.

 

So overall, discuss both this film and his others, from the Prestige to Rises, Memento to Man of Steel (kinda). This man is good.

I've seen all of the Dark Knight Trilogy, Memento, Man of Steel, and Inception. The Dark Knight, Inception, and Memento are all in my top five favorite movies of all time. I still need to watch Insomnia, The Prestige, and Intersellar. They're three movies that I'm putting ahead of others. Anyway, as far as what I've watched, Christopher Nolan is a masterful director.
