-Dom-

You can Ritual Summon this card with "Oracle of the Herald", Must be Ritual Summoned, and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. During either player's turn, when your opponent would Special Summon a monster(s), OR activates a Spell Card, Trap Card, or monster effect: You can send 1 Fairy-Type monster from your hand to the Graveyard; negate the Special Summon or activation, and if you do, destroy that card. So, this card got an awesome name change. Discuss any potential shenanigans this card can do with its ultimateness, or any decks that can use this (based around it?). Slinky
>Awesome name change Everyone is entitled to their opinion. I personally think it's shitty. Ultimateness just doesn't roll off the tongue.

-Dom-
My thoughts exactly- its like Konami just weren't taking themselves too seriously when naming it! It's so stupid, its good. Imagine it being summoned in the anime!
evilfusion
...this is the legit name? It's not just the OP nicknaming it? *checks the image* This is freaking hilarious. The name is just too funny to not love. I also don't remember what its actual name was.

The name is just too funny to not love. I also don't remember what its actual name was. Original name was "Ultimate Declarer" (well, as far as Japanese name is concerned). Forgot what Wikia had English name set to. But yeah, name change is funny to some extent [though it's not a real word, but it's Konami]. In other words, it's essentially Warning/Judgment on legs (except not OPT; assuming enough resources to keep doing it)

It sucks to be against when the opp gets going.

Greiga
We had Herald of Perfection. Not much room for improvement after that while Konami are being babies and avoiding anything religion.
