When your opponent Special Summons a monster, except from the Extra Deck: Target that card; Add it to your hand. You cannot Summon or Set that monster, or activate its effects. During either player's turn, except the turn this card was sent to the Graveyard, when your opponent Special Summons a monster with the same name as that card: You can discard that card, then banish this card from your Graveyard; Negate that Special Summon. You can only activate 1 "Summoning Anomaly" per turn.

Card B:

Banish any number of monsters with levels from the field, or your hand: Add 1 monster with the same or lower level of the Banished monsters to your hand.

OK, I love the concept behind card a. It's something that's somewhat overpowered, since not only do you take the card, you can negate a copy of that card. However, card b is very unclear with its effect. The ocg is terrible, and it makes me wonder if the guy who created this was taking this seriously. I vote card A.

I'm not sure whether Card B can banish opponent's monster as a cost or not, but I'm assuming not as it would be even broken than Card A if it could and I believe people here at least should have that level of common sense. Card A is just no, its removals make it already broken, first it steal an opponent monster, then it act as a Warning, all for free

Card B

Does the possibility of the card being returned to your opponent once it leaves the hand change your vote in any way? I would like clarification, and I am utterly confused by that. One OCG ruling for Exchange implies it, and the unofficial UDE rulings say so.

Tbh, I'm well aware of that owner fact, still, removing the monster in term of adding it to your hand and later negate the summoning is too good even for me.

Oh, also while the restriction sounds solid and cover the hand trap, if you managed to grab a Pendulum then it can be activated as it is not an effect, just so you know.

Still vote B

Card A's still a free Warning-lite that gives you discard fodder, basically. As Aqua said, taking pendulums can bypass its restriction, not that you need to, as it's already potent enough as it is. Also, the best thing about it is that if you take a vital monster with it, your opponent will be pressured when they need to summon it again. Definitely broken.

I assume card B adds from the deck to the hand, and it banishes from your side of the field or your hand. That'd make it an interesting card, which while it's a -1, some decks would really appreciate it, especially Spirit Beasts.

So yeah, vote for B, unless the specifications for B changes.
