Dad
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d8AuMOGx_KY I'm talkin' the legalization of marijuana. I'm in support, because, as Afroman said, "no more criminal traps". Fund the states why don't cha? Anyway, discuss.

Lonk
But criminal traps are hilarious! Yes, they wreck people's lives, but they are hilarious to see somebody get surprised caught with weed. Though, I don't really mind if all that happens is just a small fine for those without a medical license.
Tentacruel
This is one of the most uplifting, happy songs I've ever heard. Obviously in support. Drug laws unfairly target lower-income people and minorities. It's all a waste of time and to be frank, unethical. Use of marijuana does not justify prison time. Cin
I don't understand why people feel the need to take potentially mind alerting drugs. I could understand it in tribal terms, but in this day and age do we really need to seek highs out of smoking/snorting/injecting rather than doing meaningful things with their life. bury the year
Although I personally can't agree with smoking pot (mainly because the stench makes me positively nauseous), from an economics standpoint I'd be in support. As long as you're restricted to private residences while smoking, getting all that extra revenue instead of just pushing underground makes perfect sense. Flash Flyer - Sakura
I don't agree with people smoking pot for non-medicinal reasons (I think some of my classmates used to smoke it in the bathrooms in high school; because the place stank like hell with its scent), but the government stands more to gain from legalizing it (money). The police have more important things to be doing (i.e. catching serial killers and more dangerous people) instead of going after those growing illegal weed in their homes. Just keep smoking pot at home, and leave it away from the bus stops and other public places; that'll be appreciated.

I seriously can't stand them, they make me cough just from second hand .-.I'm supporting it more or less.

People shouldn't be smoking pot or cigarettes in public areas, especially bathrooms. Also, drugs in high school implies under-age use, which would likely still be illegal.
