Upper Class tries to create more power for themselves

Upper Class tries to create more power for themselves and further dividing the upper class with the lower classes. There is a special little thread on here which I am referring to and, I think that these power hungry people could have been admin on these forums which would have be way more subtle. How can we as a group of like minded people who only desire is to improve this site can do to bring together the lower classes with the upper class?
