And let's not forget the first casualty in the USA. We did have a scare of ebola here in Hawaiʻi a couple weeks ago (before Duncan died), but it was confirmed that patient didn't have the disease. (But they are ready in case the real one comes around). That being said, recent news says that one country is now ebola-free (which is nice for wherever it is). Cin Posted October 21, 2014 Report Share Posted October 21, 2014 Nigeria clamped down really hard on it once they realised it was in the country, shame it killed the person who put the measures in motion. I do hope we do find a way to control it and stop this outbreak, but all it takes it one infected Fruit Bat, or other Host and it could set it off again.
