Love of Ghibli
Monsters: 22 Master Hyperion x3 Agent of Mystery Earth x3 Mystical Shine Ball x3 Artifact Moralltach x3 Agent of Creation Venus x2 Herald of Orange Light x2 Zeradias Herald of Heaven x2 Honest Archlord Krystia Agent of Entropy Uranus Agent of Miracles Jupiter Spells: 9 Mystical Space Typhoon x3 Sanctuary in the Sky x2 Supply Unit x2 Soul Charge Rageki Traps: 9 Artifact Sanctum x3 Call of the Haunted x2 Divine Punishment x2 Reckless Greed x2 Extra Deck: Ally of Justice Catastor Ancient Pixie Dragon Ancient Sacred Wyvern Angel of Zera Beelze Ruler of Diabolic Dragons Crimson Blader Goyo Guardian Mist Wurm Scarp Dragon Constellar Pleiadias Gachi Gachi Gantetsu Herald or Pure Light Leviair Volcasaurus Wind-up Zenmaioh It is a pretty straight forward build that is really good setting itself up. The plays are very shenanigany when you get the ball rolling. The Extra deck is the same though to be honest I rarely had the opportunity to use my rank 5's I always choose synchroing as the better option. Darj
You don't run anything that destroys itself or your own cards so I wouldn't recommend the Supply Squads. Isn't Venus one of the top priorities in Agents? I believe it should be run at 3. +1 Beagaltach. Makes dead drawn Moraltach live, and becomes an easy Rank5 after both resolve. +1 Double Cyclone/-1 MST Really, I run a deck with also a Sanctum engine and I tech Cyclone to also make those dead Moral/Beagals live, and it has been amazing. Not really sure if Sanctuary and its support is worth running. You may have better results with backrow staples (Compulsory, Bottomless, Warning & Torrential) and maining 2~3 Vanity's Emptiness, which is really good this format. Love of Ghibli
1) You don't run anything that destroys itself or your own cards so I wouldn't recommend the Supply Squads. 2) Isn't Venus one of the top priorities in Agents? I believe it should be run at 3. 3) +1 Beagaltach. Makes dead drawn Moraltach live, and becomes an easy Rank5 after both resolve. 4) +1 Double Cyclone/-1 MST Really, I run a deck with also a Sanctum engine and I tech Cyclone to also make those dead Moral/Beagals live, and it has been amazing. 5) Not really sure if Sanctuary and its support is worth running. You may have better results with backrow staples (Compulsory, Bottomless, Warning & Torrential) and maining 2~3 Vanity's Emptiness, which is really good this format. 1) Scrap Dragon and Zeradias for cards that are my own. After that the deck takes at least a turn to set-up and sense one does not counter much with this people really jump at the chance to take down one of your many boss monsters. That being Supply unit comes from LOADS of testing and out of all the other draw/adding card engines its the one that backfires the least. 2) It is, it should, buutt 3 Venus is to counter the fact that under no circumstance do you want to draw a shine ball so hopefully you can get a Venus first and clear them out of the way. That being said I use two out of preference...there is so much deck thinning and searching going on that you can get the first Venus early. There is probably some math out there in the universe to prove this is a foolish idea, but running sanctuary agents is already risky. 3) Sure..I have no idea with that is, but I trust I can make room for it. 4) Sounds logical. Testing will be done 5) Sanctuary is depressing but what it does for the deck is very important. Dropping Uranus is borderline essential especial when its free. Ancient Pixie Dragon being a wall that constantly destroys, and in those rare cases a draw card Zeradias means another fairy in grave which goes to help out the two bosses Hyperion and Krystia Hyperion becomes searchable. Granted I do not "need" Divine Punishment in the deck but it is always great to have a free solemn. Jupiter is definitely not needed. He is there mainly because I just have love for fairy archetypes so I would like him to have some use. He will probably transform into Beagal As for staples...Sure they are good for interrupting but between Artifacts and Hyperion one should be able to put way more than enough pressure on the opponent to where you do not need to slow down your assault to set backrow. As for emptiness...I personally have never had the best of luck with that card and Kristya is fine taking the stage by herself. I am actually curious about the Extra deck though (for TCG format anyway) because I rarely go into half of the cards in their so I wonder if I am missing something. Nevertheless thank you for you feedback. It is greatly appreciated.
Darj
1) I see. I did miss Zeradias self-destruct effect and Scrap Dragon in the Extra. Using Scrap to make the pops and trigger the draws feels a bit unreliable, but if it is the better draw engine for the deck from your tests, I guess it woudld be fine. If anythign, add a 3rd copy because I once read Supply is one of those "either you run 3, or 0" cards. 3) Beagaltach is the red Artifact that pops up to 2 of your own backrow. It is used to pop a Moraltach in your S/T Zone and trigger its effect. Then during your turn you can use them for a Rank5. 5) That's understandable. I actually was thinking in suggesting to use Faerie Dragon to generate more advantage from the Field Spell, but I see that you already covered that up. As for the Extra: +1 Armades. Better than Catastor this format. +1 Michael, The Arch Lightsworn. It is a Synchro 7 and really good. At the cost of 1000 LP it can target any card your opponent controls (including S/Ts) and banish it. Then it mills 3 cards during the End Phase, which is not that big and arguably undesirable, but it can end up helping sometimes. It requires LIGHT non-Tuners as materials, but with Artifacts that shouldn't be a problem. +1 Tiras. Another good Rank5 that can help when the opponent is backed up by heavy backrow or Hands. It is also generic so it can be Summoned by using Uranus. I don't know what you could drop, though. I would suggest any 3 of the following, but I have not idea of how useful thay have been for you and if you would rather drop soemthing else: -1 Catastor -1 Ancient Scred Wyvern -1 Angel of Zera -1 Zenmaioh. Tiras should be a more reliable choice for dealing with backrow. -1 Leviair. I really don't see the deck going for this that often, unless there I a combo I am missing. I would suggest any 3 of the following, but I have not idea of how useful thay have been for you and if you would rather drop soemthing else: -1 Catastor One -1 Ancient Scred Wyvern No, this is a staple of the deck. It is purely an OTK enabler of epic greatness. -1 Angel of Zera Beautiful card for those rogue match ups against the Macro and synergizes with Hyperion -1 Zenmaioh. Tiras should be a more reliable choice for dealing with backrow. Two -1 Leviair. I really don't see the deck going for this that often, unless there I a combo I am missing. It really is an on paper card...Three So far it has been -1 Jupiter -1 Mst +1 Beagaltach +1 Double Cyclone The testing has been awesome...granted I went against the sackiest monarch player in existence He literally BTS'd the first two artifacts then Caius'd the third play...very annoying. Won that match thanks to Ancient Sacred btw.
