Thar
I never thought I'd have as much fun with this game as I thought when I first heard of it. It's basically Assassin's Creed with Arkham fighting style... set in Middle Earth. Given that both of those games kinda bored me after a while, I'm surprised that I already have like 15-20 hours of gameplay on it as of the past week. Discuss. Agro
you forgot to mention the nemesis system which is why this game is being talked about as a game of the year candidatenot to mention the first game that ACTUALLY feels next-gen
Shradow
This game does interest me quite a bit, does it matter if I've pretty much no LotR knowledge outside of, "AND MY AXE!" and, "YOU SHALL NOT PASS!"?
Thar
This game does interest me quite a bit, does it matter if I've pretty much no LotR knowledge outside of, "AND MY AXE!" and, "YOU SHALL NOT PASS!"? Not at all. As long as you know who Sauron is, and the significance of Mordor.
Agro
Sauron is big evil baddie and Morder is the land he controls. That's about all you need to know.Game does a great job of not needing you to know any of that stuff.
Shradow
Good, because I knew neither of those things Thar said.
Thar
Game does a great job of not needing you to know any of that stuff. Exactly. Also, as Agro said, the Nemesis system is amazing. Infuriating, but amazing. It's basically a replayability generator, and it never gets old, as each enemy is unique.
Wizarus
Downloading it now. Heard it was good, so we shall see. It's probably late, but I'm not a "Day-1" type of gamer. Edit: Scratch that. Legion Edition isn't that long away so I'll just get that instead.
Agro
Biggest and possibly only gripe with this game is that apparently the final boss is QTE's.
