(Or as I like to refer to it, WTF Duck) it's powerful, and for fun you can give it Hyper Beam with Adaptability to make the most powerful Hyper Beam ever. Eevee and Teddy are super cute, but as the Eeveelutions are in this too, I don't feel a need to vote for Eevee.
