GOATSNAKE
Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Must be Special Summoned (from your hand) by banishing 1 Level 5 or higher monster from your Graveyard, and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. When this card is Special Summoned: You can send 1 Level 5 or higher monster from your deck to the Graveyard, and if you do, this card’s Attribute becomes the same as that sent card’s in the Graveyard. A Level 7 or higher monster that was Summoned by tributing this card gains this effect: •If it is Tribute Summoned: Draw 1 card.
Trebuchet MS
For starters, why is it a Flip Effect monster when there's nothing in the effect that triggers on flip? The immediate applications I see involve setting up for the Mega Monarchs, since they're normally the only LV7+ monsters that most would Tribute Summon. (Qliphorts don't count since they have compatibility issues.) Extra draw power and deck thinning is always helpful, and the ability for this card to change its Attribute can help trigger the Mega Monarchs' effects. The issue I see here is trying to set up for it, though. You'll already need to use up 2 other Monarchs to get this card where you want it (although the Attribute change effect is unnecessary if you already have an Attribute you need), and one of the major problems of a Monarch Deck is having nothing to Tribute Summon, or having no Tribute fodder. Putting yourself at risk of getting inflicted with the former may not turn out so well if you don't steamroll with your advantage, unless there are ways to recycle your Monarchs. Sorry, that was from when it had a different effect. The card is going to be part of a archetype of Monarch-like LIGHT Fiends. Should I make be able to send any kind of monster, or remove the Attribute changing part?
Spinny
I like the design so far because of its well-balanced treeborn frog (or similar to it) effect. I would like to see more cards before commenting on its playability. Just gonna pick on the name though, what were u going for with the archetype, since i wouldve thought that the princes would be the monarch equivalent? Just a thought.
