The third is gorgeous. Bloodghast + Gravecrawler, and it is better than Bloodghast late game because it doesn't rely on landfall as much. Makes it work even without Life From the Loam, as dredge or Loam decks usually have a creature out even if just a lonely gravecrawler or a vengevine.

It is also blessed with the Best Creature Type in the Game which is cool

I am already testing the warrior in legacy dredge. I was all set to use its ability, but then I realized I had no mana.

[Flame Dragon]

Bloodsoaked Hero is another in the line of cheap black creature that comes back for doing something. Been a while since we've had one though. Should be see a fair bit of play.
