They managed to purify Ghast Blaster, or this is the alternate universe Phantom Blaster? last skill felt underwhelming due to the specific activation and the fact that +1 usually translates to CB2, so you kinda get the shorter straw with the exchange. Yeah, it does make use of RGs that already attacked, but it'll still be fair if you make it something a bit more powerful (not 1 retire to unflip 2 though, that'd be broken).
