AGATHODAIMON BANGTAIL COW
When you say turn, do you mean every turn (for both players) or just a certain player's turn (like with Swords of the Revealing Light)? The way it is worded says that it would be the former, but the way you have it implies the latter. Behemoth slows the game to a halt, barring you having monsters immune to destruction to attack. If you do, then your opponent will likely not have anything to to stop you from getting in free direct attacks for two turns. All they would have are Spells and Traps, and the ones that destroy are out of the question. That means that your other monster can only be stopped by Compulsory Evacuation Device, Phoenix Wing Wind Blast, or something else I don't remember. Oh, and if you have Lance, they can't even use those. Ziz also does this. It's difficult to use since you need for both players to have four cards in the hand, but if it goes off, it also slows the game to a halt, and whoever is winning will win the Duel before players are allowed to draw cards again. Just use its effect, smash your opponent's field, and there's nothing your opponent can do to stop you from winning. Leviathan actually doesn't slow the game to a standstill like the other two cards do, but it's also terrible in design because it shuts down Traps completely for two turns, as well as stopping players from Setting Quick-Plays. It's also a Once-Per-Turn version of a banned card, which is never a good thing. Keep in note several things when you fix these cards. For Behemoth, remember that Beast King Barbaros and Gilford of the Lightning (or whatever) also take out every other monster, albeit at the cost of 3 Tributes and only when they are Tribute Summoned. Preventing Summons from going off like this won't ever be healthy for the game because it can often freeze the duel and leave the players with what monsters they have, if any. If you want to see a modern card similar to your Behemoth, just look at Hot Red Dragon Archfiend and go from there. For Zis, depleting resources straight from your opponent's hand is a very powerful effect and needs to be monitored heavily. In the case of Ziz, the effect isn't necessarily too strong (especially since you have to have, and lose, four cards from your hand as well), but the problem is that it forces your opponent to start topdecking in order to make a comeback quickly or else he'll lose, well, barring backrow. But, if that happens, then you would also need to start relying on topdecking in order to make a comeback against him. Topdecking wars are purely luck-based and can easily take away the skill factor. Oh, and not to mention you can't even start topdecking for two turns. As for Leviathan, Mobius the Mega Monarch exists for this purpose, for the most part. It is a triple MST upon Tribute Summon, and stops your opponent from chaining if one of the Tributes are WATER. Given the existence of Levia Dragon - Daedalus, it might be neat for you to change this card to something that works with A Legendary Ocean, though I'd rather you not have it outclass Levia Dragon at what it does. Alternatively, you could soften up on the backrow wipe and get rid of the "no Setting backrow" effect completely.
LeLukeX
Behemoth Once per turn: You can destroy all other monsters on the field. This card cannot attack for the next 3 of your turns (counting the turn you activate this effect as the 1st turn) the turn you activate this effect. When this card is Summoned: Neither player can Normal Summon, Special Summon, or Set a monster for the next 2 turns (counting the turn you Summoned this card as the 1st turn). Behemoth has a powerful effect. I like it. If I was the user of this card I'd just put him in DEF mode and activate it as many times as I can (on different turns) until he either dies or something weird happens. The second effect is also ridiculously powerful and punishing. Ziz This card cannot be targeted by Trap Card. Once per turn: You can discard 4 random cards from each player's hand; neither player can draw any card(s) for the next 2 turns (counting the turn you activate this effect as the 1st turn). Hmmm. It's powerful. But the cost is too high... Now I'm aware the opponent pays it too but that means both players need to have 4 cards in hand for this card to be playable. I can't imagine how'd you get this guy out turn 1 starting with just 5 cards... And anything after turn 1 your opponent can just set until they have 3 cards if need be to avoid this Baheema. Too easy to play around. Leviathan Once per turn: You can destroy all Spell/Trap cards on the field, then inflict 400 damage for each card destroyed by this effect. When this card is Summoned: Neither player can Set a Spell/Trap card for the next 2 turns (counting the turn you activate this effect as the 1st turn). Damn that's powerful. I love this guy too. All of these effects are BANWORTHY... But they are not easy to Summon, you have to go out of your way to get them out. And that actually I think balances them enough to warrant them being at 3... Very powerful and I would LOVE to build a Deck around each and everyone one of these, or any combination of 2, or hell... any combination of 3 :D
