It won a lot at the time due to how powerful Omega Glendiose in conjunction with all of the Я units. But now that the most recent set's hit, I can safely say that the deck actually did get one of the things that it needed and I'm now confident to say that I REALLY like this deck now.The one thing that they got from the recent set was Star-Vader, Bolt Line. Since Glendiose automatically locks one of your opponent's rearguards whenever you put down a Я unit, you can make it live as fast as your Grade 3 ride. Putting it in the same column as that Я unit gives you a 22000 column vs a metagame filled with 11000 and 1 13000 that has a naturally bad match-up against you anyway, which will force your opponent to either guard for 15000 shield as early as your 3rd turn (owch) or take the hit and lose out on that unit for a significant portion of the game. This hurts a hell of a lot of the combo-ish decks that are available, since it locks out a good number of starters that combo off when you legion and also the Gojo clones that have been so popular since Legion got introduced.Speaking of Legion, this deck has one double-edged sword in the form that it's not a Legion deck. Since you don't have to wait until your opponent's at Grade 3 to start making the most out of Omega Glendiose, it allows you to completely destroy the decks that have been winning by staying on Grade 2 and ride up to Grade 3 for the finishing turn like Musketeers. However, you also do not get the same trigger capabilities as a Legion deck since you cannot recycle them and as a result will find your late game is a lot less explosive in terms of your Drive Checks than most other decks you'll play against today.Thoughts and opinions would be very helpful. I know I don't play Photon but I don't really like it and I still feel like Magnet Hollow is a necessary card, since the OCG has seemed to have dropped it in favour for Photon currently.
