Shaddoll.dek

I use Thunder Dragon because I found that its the only card that is not necessarily dead in the hand. I had another choice when building this:

 

1 Majesty's Fiend

2 Felis

 

i tried using those LIGHT monsters and found that Felis can be drawn into in your opening hand, essentially making it a dead card in the hand. I decided to test out Thunder Dragon and liked it because:

 

1) It allows easy deck thinning, which Felis and Majesty's Fiend don't exactly do.

2) Thunder Dragon doesn't clog in your opening hand, as drawing into it essentially means a +1 and deck thinning.

3) This card is actually OK to send from deck to grave, as the card isn't Felis where you want it to be milled off a Mathematician.

4) Has uses with Soul Charge, as it allows access to Pleiades and Michael (which I don't run, but can't find room).

 

Of course, these opinions are my own, so some of them could obviously be incorrect, such as drawing into 2-3 Thunder Dragons turn 1, but I have never had that issue.

As for Shaddoll Core, I run it at 2 because it has usage as a recycler and gives me access to Star Eater. Can you give me a reason why Core is bad at anything other than 1, cause I'm not seeing much except maybe dead-drawing,

 

I'll think about Allure, but the banish "cost" is making me lean away from it, as Shaddolls only have so many resources they can expend.

 

I run MST in here for reasons, I could drop it to 1, but dropping MST entirely isn't something I like to do.

 

I could do

 

2 Dragon - 1 MST

2 Dragon - 2 MST

2 Dragon - 1 Super Poly

3 Dragon
