Card Requirement

Create a playable R1 or R2 Xyz.

Card A

NV39Fc7.jpg

2 Level 2 monsters
Once per turn, during either player's turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card to destroy 1 face-up Spell or Trap card on the field. Once per turn, during the End Phase, if this effect was used this turn: You can target 1 face-up card in either player's Extra Deck; attach it to this card as a face-up Xyz Material. If this card is destroyed while it has Xyz Material: You can add 1 face-up Pendulum monster from your Extra Deck to your hand.

Card B

2 Level 2 Normal Monsters
This card can also be Xyz Summoned by using a face-up Fusion Summoned "Ojama" Fusion Monster you control as an Xyz Material. If you do: You can target 1 monster in your Graveyard that was used to Fusion Summon the Fusion Monster; Attach it to this card as an Xyz Material monster. Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material monster from this card; Special Summon as many "Ojama Tokens"(Beast-Type/LIGHT/Level 2/ATK 0/DEF 0) to your opponents side of the field in Defense Position as possible, up to the number of "Ojama" monsters you control. If this Attack Position monster battles a monster with less DEF than it: Switch this card's original ATK and DEF until the end of the Damage Step. This card inflicts Piercing Damage.

Card A:
Popping a backrow with an easy to summon xyz isn't too fair, and then stealing opponents extra deck cards so you can use the effect over and over again is pretty OP, not to mention being able to pendulum summon and have a huge advantage after 2 turns of the xyz.

Card B:
First of all, the material has to
be Normal Monsters, which means it will see less play, which is actually good for this card. Using it's alt summon will also get rid of your Ojama Fusion, so it has a cost. I like the idea of Tokens, and they're a good effec, just not sure about repeatedly adding material to the card, allowing to block off your opponents Monster and zones completly.

Vote to Card b

Even though you're the only person who has voted for us so far - I'm still gonna ask for some clarification on your points:

For Card A firstly, while backrow destruction for an xyz seems strong, alucard is much better in this aspect, being both easier to summon (with tour guide/crane) and with a better effect that destroys Set cards; this only kills face-up cards, and doesn't negate them either, so only continuous cards are really stopped. Secondly, the stolen extra deck cards have to be face-up (so have to be pendulums) meaning its only anti-pendulum, not anti extra deck.  Could you explain your third point on being able to pendulum after 2 turns, as I didn't get that at all?

As for Card B, its designed for ojama decks only to be honest, and the alt summon is not too much of a cost (technically none) for a 2600 beater. However, your worry about repeatedly adding materials confuses me again - how would you do this (and how would this break the card, as the tokens can be tribute/destroyed etc)?

Sorry for the inconvenience of having to elaborate twice!

For Card A, i misread and thought it said if you use the effect, you can add a Pendulum to hand. Card b is a fair point, i didn't think about tributing, however i do think repeatedly spamming the opponents field with tokens would slow them down too much for a Rank 2. I think Card b is the better personally, because it has specific requirements and is only really useful in one deck, whereas Card A can easily be used in a few decks, and although not as bad as i first thought, i'm against popping back row with a regular rank 2. but i'm new at this, very new, so i guess i don't know too much about cards and stuff.

 vote for card number A ( :D)

Here is my reasoning:

I think, even though its overpowered in my point of view, it is not incredibly unbalanced as card B. The free face-up removal could have been limited to only spell cards, if you intended to disrupt only pendulums. Also, if your opponent is unlucky enough to play pendulums or if you do, this could might as well indefinitely destroy face-up cards by simply being on the field. What makes it better than B is that its effects are quite conditional, you can abuse it maybe with cards like Widespread Dud and such, but either way, it does need investment of some sort to make it good.

Card B on the other hand...it's too much, like someone mentioned in another topic - don't try to boost an archetype with just 1 overpowered card, it takes more than that. It does relate as much to its Ojama predecessors, and doesn't quite fit in. No synergy with Ojama country, the ojama token stats are messed up, but the thing that is quite off is the piercing (combined with the almost free token clogging effect)... too Overpowered...

Also, recycling card images is a bit bleh, i mean - even if it wasn't releaced in the OCG/TCG (which is a huge mistake on its own), Nemureru Kyojin Zushin i think should be more recognisable, therefore off-limits for image use.
