Gokai-Red
Legendary Creature - Human Soldier Whenever Anafenza the Foremost attacks, put a +1/+1 counter on another target tapped creature you control. If a creature card would be put into an opponent's graveyard from anywhere, exile it instead. Ok Junk is the way to go
Poc
Pretty underwhelming. It's a 4/4 for 3 but its effect is pretty lackluster.
Flame Dragon
As I said in the KoT spoiler page, not really what I was hoping for, but it makes sense for what the Abzan are doing. Seems solid and will make it into a lot of commander decks on the back of the graveyard hate ability.
(GigaDrillBreaker)
Wow... that's... boring.
Trebuchet MS
Friggin Sultai-directed hate. I'll need a better kill spell because Sultai Charm can't hit it, but Downfalls are still pretty expensive. Dark Betrayal as cheap anti-Anafenza tech. Spinny
Well.... hello there mister bland goat-rider....Really Anafenza?Really? its pretty nice cus it also gains psuedo-vigilance when combo'd with Ivorytusk Fortress and stuff but still its a bit boring. And really does the creature it buffs HAVE to be tapped? Pretty crappy.
Rodrigo
Once again, people are underrating this card. We still don't know how powerful it'll actually be, but it's certainly not weak.
Spinny
I didnt say it was weak but still its not very complex. Its actually quite strong but you get what i mean. It also makes me wonder whether this is just gonna become a No-Fun-For-Anyone kinda archetype??
(GigaDrillBreaker)
I'm not saying she is bad. I am saying she is just extraordinarily boring. Phenax level of boring. As boring as Serra Angel, but this doesn't even have a keyword.

And as a fan of mill, Phenax is not boring for me :P

Gokai-Red
The target a tapped creature part can easily be saw as: Whenever another creature you control attacks it gains a +1/+1 counter. I mean pumping in battle is quite the ability, more if it is tacked into a cost efficient creature that has a Random Grave Hate built it. I see this ending as a Spot in POD decks
Miror B
The target a tapped creature part can easily be saw as: Whenever another creature you control attacks it gains a +1/+1 counter. Except that's not how it works.

(GigaDrillBreaker)
There was a whole thing about how people were unhappy that Phenax misrepresented blue/black as a whole.
Gokai-Red
Except that's not how it works. Why not by the time the effect resolves all your attacking creatures (well the not vigilance ones) Are already tapped

Miror B
Ehm so? So The target a tapped creature part can easily be saw as: Whenever another creature you control attacks it gains a +1/+1 counter. This isn't how it works.
Spinny
^ can you guys stop arguing about a ruling we all found obvious in the first place. So its kinda like a weird Kind Of Exalted where if you attack with two or more creatures (including anafenza) one of them gets a +1+1... Interesting. Gokai-Red
So This isn't how it works. The Point is that Card does work as a Battle Grow Enabler that can Pump any other Dude that is not Vigilance and is attacking in the same Party as Anafenza...that's what I was calling in tbh...and that does work...but whatever. Flame Dragon
Guys, the card is obviously made to combo with outlast seeing as how that has a tap to active clause. The random graveyard hate was likely added in development because the graveyard decks were too good.
(GigaDrillBreaker)
I think it would be cool if she was a five drop and triggered on attack as well, like Sidisi. That way the word "another" would be relevant.
CLG Klavier
Last ability is flavorful. Sultai are natural enemies of Abzan. (central white to central black) Abzan "loot" orphans from cities they take over. Abzan "win fights before they even start", so the grave hate ability nullifies an attack angle Abzan don't work with and force you to fight them fair and square on the field. (GigaDrillBreaker)
Klavier. You just made me like this card. In essence, the second ability exists flavorfully for the same reason it exists mechanically: they are tired of Sultai's s***.
