2 Level 1 monsters
If this face-up card would be destroyed, you can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card, it is not destroyed. If your opponent's monster declare an attack while you control no monsters: You can Special Summon this card from your Extra Deck. If this card battles an opponent's monster: You can attach that monster to this card as an Xyz Material, then attach 1 card from your Graveyard to this card as an Xyz Material. This effect of "Number 76: Astral Reef" can only be used once per duel.

Astral Reef is outright stupid. It's a costless wall that requires 0 deck dedication and also takes out one of your opponent's monsters, dodging almost all forms of protection and immunity. It would immediately become a staple in every Deck.

Pure Ancestry Fairy is useless in most cases, but it's better than Astral Reef.

Vote to Card A.

Card A essentially serves as a Type-lock of sorts, though in most cases, it won't do much since both of you are probably going to declare the Type your Decks are mostly comprised of.

It has some form of protection from destruction/bouncing, if that actually helps this card's cause.

Card B is pretty much a free wall that gets SSed for nothing, then has an auto 101-esque effect that triggers when it battles something. Because of said effect, it takes considerable amount of effort to get rid of it (outside of bouncing it). In a way, it's reminiscent of that one card in RC that got heavily criticized; though not nearly as bad.

With that said, card A gets vote for not being OPed. Effect might not work like it was intended to, but it's better designed than the other one.
