SteveGuy234
Hi everyone! As you can probably tell I am new to this site. I hope you all like some of my ideas that I post. Also do my cards have to be realistic?

Miror B
There are several different sections for Custom Cards, including a Realistic (name implies what that is), Pop Culture (cards generally based on other games or subjects), and Any other Cards (cards that use elements the game wouldn't or can't use as well as other card games like MtG) So welcome and just use section titles to figure out where to go, and read the rules related to each section. dizzyshot
As long as it don't say something about Percy Jackson I think so. Welcome by the way.
Flash Flyer - Sakura
Would a card based on a mythological creature count as realistic? We have several cards based on mythological creatures/beings, so you should be fine. Answering your other question, your cards don't all have to be posted in the Realistic section; notice we have 3-4 different areas (RC, Pop Culture and Any Other Cards). If you do decide to post in RC, just make sure your card is properly made and you're open to improving it. Any Other Cards is basically for new concepts that don't exist in the real game [such as importing some mechanics from another game if applicable]. Pop Culture is for anything based on an anime/manga/TV/comic character. We do expect you to design cards properly though (basically, just put a decent amount of thought into its design and you'll be fine). We do have a Joke/OPed card section for random stuff, but I would advise that you try your best to make a good card. Contrary to what the description on RC says, cards do not have to be designed for a competitive scene; any balanced/properly designed card is allowed there. That being said, welcome to YCM. Make sure you've understood our rules and agree to follow them. Some of them are written in announcements; others are plain threads stickied and often locked in the forums; make sure you read them. (The CC Rules are in each of the major sections; it's your job to check + understand them) Do not flame/troll other members, nor should you spam, necrobump, post in spambot statuses/threads and so forth. If you have any questions, ask one of the mods or a senior member if we're not around. Further questions about Custom Cards can be forwarded to either myself or one of the other 2/3 CC mods [there's an announcement at the top of this forum listing who we are, and where each of us is responsible for watching]. Have fun :D
