Effect: When this card is Normal Summoned: Target 1 of your banished Fairy-Type monsters; Special Summon that target. Once per turn, if "The Sanctuary in the Sky" is on the field: You can banish 1 Fairy-Type monster from your Graveyard, then target 1 monster in your Graveyard; add that target to your hand.

Requirement: Must be a Level 4 EARTH Machine-Type "Machina" monster (preferably an Union monster) that either supports the Level 4 or lower "Machina" monsters, or the Union "Machina" monsters (Gearframe & Peacekeeper).

ATK/DEF: 1500/1200

When this card is Normal Summoned, you can Special Summon 1 "Machina" monster from your hand and equip this card to that target. Once per turn, you can (Gearframe's wall of Union text :P) when this card is Unequipped and Special Summoned this way, you can add 1 "Machina" Union Monster from your Deck or Graveyard to your hand.

I'm starting to get used to Xyz, but Rank-Up is still something that I've barely seen (what I saw recently was only Gaia Dragon, not these Number C who require Rank-Up-Magic cards) but I will do this anyway. Just apologize in advance if this card looks bad.

You may Special Summon this card as an Effect Monster (Machine- Type/ LIGHT/ Level 9/ ATK 2700/ DEF 2250). When this card is Summoned, Special Summon 2 Acid Tokens (Aqua- Type/ WATER/ Level 3/ ATK 900/ DEF 600). On each of your Standby Phases, place a Decay Counter on it (max.3). When this card has 3 Decay Counters; Banish it. 

 

If you don't know how this is related to thallium.. 1) thallium is not found in nature, this card is not naturally a monster 2) it's atomic number is 81, which is divisible by 3. Like every number I wrote. 3) It decays if exposed to air. Obvious relation is obvious. 4) One of it's most common oxidation factors is +3. Obvious relation is obvious. 4) It is present in the production of sulfuric acid, hence acid tokens.

Can't remember having the word "Fallen" with a strikethrough in the original name... Although I must admit that "The Fallen Agent of Afterlife - Pluto" is actually more fitting; why didn't I think of that? In any case:

 

Name: God of Wind - Aix

Attribute: WIND

Level: 7

Type: Fairy / Effect

Effect: If all monsters you control (min. 2) are WIND monsters: You can Special Summon this card (from your hand). Once per turn: You can Tribute 1 other WIND monster to target 1 card on the field; return that target to its owner's hand. If this card is destroyed by an opponent's card (either by battle or by effect) and sent to the Graveyard: You can target 1 WIND monster in your Graveyard, other than "God of Wind - Aix"; Special Summon that target in face-up Defense Position.

ATK: 2000

DEF: 2900

Off-topic: Glad that you noticed the hint. I added "Fallen" intentionally because I too thought fitted it better, since Pluto is no longer an official planet while fallen angels are a thing in some religions and mythologies.
