During the End Phase of the turn this effect was activated: You can return this card to the Extra Deck; then, if all cards used to Synchro Summon this card are in the Graveyard, you can Special Summon them, but those cards have their effects negated.

It doesn't really strike itself but it organizes strikes by letting you get additional monsters. As the only other Level 1 TG it can be used with Cyber Magician for summoning Recipro Dragonfly. I doubt that is in any way a priority play for T.G. but still.

Yeah, but Starving Venom's mats have to be on the field, so the Miracle Fusion thing won't work for it. The revival thing will, though.
