Once per Turn: If your opponent would Special Summon a monster, banish it and 1 monster you control until the next End phase. During your Main Phase, if an opponent's monster declares an attack, banish 1 monster you control, banish the attacking monster until the next Standby Phase. When this card leaves the field, Special Summon up to 3 of your banished monster's.

Next Card: Merkabah, Chariot of the Archlords

Requirements: Make it tie in with Sanctuary in the Sky and/or the Archlord cards, also try to base it off this.
