If you control a face-up Level 4 or lower monster with 1500 ATK or DEF, you can Special Summon this monster from your hand. If this card is sent to the Graveyard, you can add 2 monsters with 1500 ATK or DEF with different names from your Deck to your hand, including at least 1 Spellcaster-Type monster. You can only activate each effect of "Cyclone" Dragon once per turn.

If this card is destroyed by battle or by your opponent's card effect: You can Special Summon 1 "Hiita the Fire Charmer" from your Graveyard in face-down Defense Position.

Just to clarify, this refers to the 1500/200 monster you summoned to activate this effect. I know I wrote it really bad, I'll fix it.

You can only control 1 "Tender Soul". If you control a Spellcaster-Type monster, you can Special Summon this card (from your hand). Once per turn: You can target 1 face-down monster you control; reveal it, then, if it is a "Charmer" monster, flip it face-up. It cannot be destroyed by battle.

Any of the other Elemental Mistresses (So Aussa, Eria, Lyna, or Dharc though he would be Elemental Master)

 

Ninja'd again. And considering the series you chose it really isn't that open because heavy variation breaks from literally all the other parts of it.

Must be Special Summoned (from your hand) by Tributing 2 DARK monsters from either side of the field, including at least 1 "Dharc" monster, and cannot be Summoned by other ways. If a monster with 1500 ATK and 200 DEF you control battles an opponent's monster, negate all other monster effects until the end of the Damage Step, except for this card's and that battling monster's. Once per turn, you can tribute 1 DARK monster; add 1 Level 3 Spellcaster-type monster from your Deck to your hand. If this card is destroyed by your opponent's card (by battle or by card effect); you can Special Summon 1 "Dharc" monster from your Graveyard in face-down Defense Position.

 

Tacked on the extra effect to match with Familiar Possessed Dharc's random "add a thing to hand" effect, but made it to better support regular Charmers by picking them out of the deck. Also letting it access the Familiar Possessed for the summon because if you're going to Normal Summon to Kaiju, at least let the guy you're Normal Summoning have a body, and if the trend follows for Eria and Hiita (I think we need to make her), it alsoallows access to Raging and Blazing Hiita as possible options.

 

Re-Posession

Let Familiars summon Charmers and vice-versa. Make it a quick play spell. Bonus points if Familiar-Possession is mixed in somehow.

Re-Possession

Normal Spell

Choose 1 level 4 monster you control with 1500 ATK and 200 DEF, OR 1 "Charmer" monster you control <except whatever if there are monsters with Charmer in there name that aren't actually Charmers>. Activate an effect based on the chosen monster.

•Level 4 monster with 1500 ATK and 200 DEF: Special Summon 1 "Charmer" monster with the same Attribute as the chosen monster from your hand or deck <except whatever>.

•"Charmer" monster: Special Summon 1 Level 4 monster with the same attribute as the chosen monster and 1500 ATK and 200 DEF from your hand or deck.

You can banish this card from your Graveyard as a substitute for one monster for the Special Summon of a "Familiar-Possesed" monster from your seck, but the other monster must be the appropriate "Charmer" monster.

This time I wanted to pull from Lyna's Spiritual Art, but without the nonsensical Trap reveal thing.

Continuous Spell/Trap Card that further supports Charmers and binds them with their Familiars. Also an effect that searches Charmers and/or "Unpossessed" is encouraged.

You can shuffle 1 Wyrm-Type monster from your Banished Zone into your Main Deck, except "Metaphys Simorgh": Special Summon this monster from your Banished Zone. Your opponent cannot Set cards, and Set cards your opponent controls cannot be activated.
