Dimension Rank-UpTrap/Normal Activate by paying 3000 Life Points. Target 2 Xyz Monsters in your Graveyard with the same Rank; Xyz Summon a monster whose Rank is 1 higher than those monsters' by using them as the Xyz Materials (This is treated as an Xyz Summon). You can only activate 1 "Dimension Rank-Up" per turn. You can only use this effect of "Law of the Splintered Paddle" once per turn. When this card is sent from the field to the Graveyard: Discard 1 card or destroy all Defense Position monster you control. When you Xyz Summon a monster using this card: Target 1 monster your opponent controls; halve its ATK/DEF, and increase the ATK/DEF of the monster Xyz Summoned by this card by that amount. Special Summon 1 Level 3 or lower monster from your hand or Graveyard, and increase its attack by your Life Points. That Special Summoned monster becomes the Attack Target. During the End Phase, your Life Points become the original Defense of that Special Summoned monster.
