Destroy all monsters on the field with a lower level/rank than that monster; reduce that monster's level/rank by the number of monsters destroyed this way (min: 1). If this card is in your Graveyard during your Main Phase, you can banish it and target 1 monster on the field; reduce its ATK and DEF by 200 x its level/rank until the End Phase. EDIT: ghost, the prompt was "Dragonfly Dragon", not "Firefly Dragon". Double Pendulum Quick-Play Spell Shuffle two face-up monsters in your Extra Deck into your Main Deck.
