Number C79: Battlin' Boxer Supernova Caesar

Original stats of Number 79 but 1 rank higher because I'm too lazy to look them up

 

This card can also be XYZ Summoned using 1 other "Battlin' Boxer" XYZ monster you control(materials attached to that monster also become materials of this card). When this card declares an attack: Detach 1 material from this card; destroy all monsters on the field. If a "Battlin' Boxer monster is targeted for an attack: you can detach 1 material from this card; that monster is not destroyed and it gains 500 ATK.

 

Elemental Hero Metalman

Must be a Machine Hero monster. I want machine fusions to be relevant to E-Heroes.

If you control no face-up FIRE monsters, you can Special Summon this monster from your hand- you can only Special Summon 1 "Malicious Musketeer" per turn in this way. Once per turn, you can send one monster from your hand or Extra Deck to the Graveyard- lower the ATK and DEF of all monsters your opponent controls by half the original ATK of the monster sent, and increase this monster's ATK by the same amount.

 

I'm tempted to ask if that would be abused.

Yes. Just the fact that it can be ssd for no cost is enough for you to consider an eff change. Also the send from ED can provide you unfair advantage if coupled with cards like that synchro Herald or that new Elder God/Entity fusion.
