Level 10 | DARK | Fiend | Ritual

You can Ritual Summon this card with "Descent of the Phantom". Must be Ritual Summoned and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. When this card is Ritual Summoned, Special Summon a Evil Spirit Token in Attack Position (Level 1 / DARK / Fiend-Type / ATK ? / DEF ?). Its ATK/DEF are equal to this card's current ATK/DEF. While you control an Evil Spirit Token, this card cannot be targeted for attacks. When this card battles an opponent's monster: Destroy it without applying damage calculation. You must control no Evil Spirit Tokens to activate and resolve this effect. When this card leaves the field, banish it.

You can Special Summon this card from your hand or Graveyard by banishing 2 cards from your Graveyard that were used for a Ritual Summon. Ritual Summoned monsters you control cannot be targeted or destroyed by an opponent's card effect. You can only use each of these effects of "Diamant, High King of Dragons" once per turn.

- During either player's turn: You can discard this card, then target 1 face-up card your opponent controls; cards you control will become unaffected by that target's effects.

- You can send 1 LIGHT monster from your Deck to the Graveyard, and if you do, all monsters your opponent controls lose 500 ATK and DEF.

Quick-Play Spell Card

Double the ATK of all Pyro-Type monsters you control. During the End Phase of the turn this card was activated, destroy those monsters.

When this card is Summoned, you lose 500 life points for each Synchro Material used to Summon this card. This card's original ATK and DEF is equal to the amount of life points you lost x2. When this card battles another monster: Banish all cards on the field face-down. During the End Phase after this card is banished by it's own effect, Special Summon it; but it cannot attack for 3 of your turns. During your third Standby Phase, return all other cards that were banished by this cards effect to the field in their original positions. Your opponent takes 1000 damage for each card returned this way.

Lore: When an opponent's monster declares an attack, change all face-up Attack Position monsters on the field into face-down Defense Position. Neither player can change their monsters' battle positions or Summon or Set monsters for 3 turns after this card's activation. You can only activate the (2) effect of "Dullahan the Shadow, Keeper of Light" once per Duel.

(1) Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Must be Special Summoned (from your hand) by banishing 2 LIGHT and 2 DARK monsters from your Graveyard, and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways.

(2) You can pay 3000 LP; negate the effects of all cards your opponent controls until their next End Phase. You cannot declare an attack the turn or activate other card effects the turn you activate this effect.

Effect 2 is based off Bind/Djinn Storm, although given its nature of being Cold Wave-like in terms of application, it does cost a significant amount of LP and locks off attacks/effects that turn.

You can still summon though, although I did intend to add a summon lock. The attack/effect lock should be sufficient.
