once per turn (quick effect) if this card's effect is negated, return this card to your hand then special summon 1 level/rank 10 from your graveyard then equip this card to it.

Card Type: Trap Card.

Property: Normal.

When your opponent's monster declares an attack while you control a Level 4 or lower monster: negate the attack, then choose one of the following effects:

Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower monster from your hand, and if you do, destroy all face-up monsters your opponent controls with a higher Level than the Special Summoned monster.

Target 1 monster your opponent controls with a higher Level than any monster you control; take control of that monster until the end of the turn, but it cannot attack this turn.

You can only activate 1 "Triumph of the Downtrodden" per turn.
