Funfel,Angel of Charity

Level 4 fairy lights 1000/1900

Effect: When this card is special summoned you can special summon "Giear, Angel of Purity" from your hand or GY. If a spell card is activate inflict 200 damage your opponent and decrease your opponents monsters attack and defence by 200. When a fairy type monster you control is destroyed draw card equal too its level the return half that amount of cards to the deck (odd numbers round down so if you drew 3 return 1)

You can only control 1 "Giear, Angel of Purity". Once per turn, if you inflict damage: Gain LP equal to damage you inflicted, then increase all Fairy monsters you control ATK and DEF equal to half of LP you gained, until the End Phase. If this card is sent to GY: Target 1 "Angel" monster except "Giear, Angel of Purity"; either add it to your hand or Special Summon it.

If this effect changed position to at least 3 monsters: destroy all spell and traps in the zones adjacent (in the same column) to those monsters. If this card is destroyed when it still has material: destroy all non-WATER and non-Aqua monsters on the field.
