(GigaDrillBreaker)
This has been the deck I have been using for the past few months, and it is a ton of fun to pilot while still being quite viable. A past version of the deck was even featured in a Daily MtG Article a while back.
Going to be totally honest, this is in no way an amazing alter, but in person it looks MUCH better than in the photo. It came about as the result of me trying out Eric Klug's carbon transfer altering process, and I think the result was good enough for me to continue practicing. The character, if you do not recognize her, is Misaka Mikoto from the Toaru franchise.

Creatures: 18 AEther Adept Archaeomancer Azami, Lady of Scrolls Burnished Hart Chandra's Spitfire Chasm Skulker Dack's Duplicate Deadeye Navigator Diluvian Primordial Izzet Staticaster Jace's Archivist Laboratory Maniac Magus of the Future Solemn Simulacrum Teferi, Mage of Zhalfir Trinket Mage Vedalken AEthermage Venser, Shaper Savant Artifacts: 8 Elixir of Immortality Expedition Map Izzet Cluestone Izzet Keyrune Izzet Signet Sol Ring Spellbook Venser's Journal Planeswalkers: 1 Jace Beleren Instants: 23 Annul Blue Sun's Zenith Boomerang Brainstorm Cackling Counterpart Counterflux Fact or Fiction Fire // Ice Into the Roil Izzet Charm Magma Jet Mindbreak Trap Misdirection Mystical Tutor Peel from Reality Psychic Spiral Rewind Spin into Myth Swan Song Telling Time Time Stop Turn Aside Voyage's End Sorceries: 16 Compulsive Research Faithless Looting Foresee Gitaxian Probe Mind Spring Mizzium Mortars Ponder Preordain Prosperity Rite of Replication See Beyond Shattered Perception Temporal Mastery Time Warp Vandalblast Void Snare Lands: 33 Evolving Wilds Faerie Conclave Forgotten Cave Ghost Quarter Grixis Panorama Halimar Depths Island x10 Izzet Boilerworks Izzet Guildgate Lonely Sandbar Minamo, School at Water's Edge Mountain x6 Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx Reliquary Tower Steam Vents Tectonic Edge Temple of the False God Terramorphic Expanse Thespian's Stage
The deck goes for a controlling strategy, using most of Ni-Mizzet's pings to clear the board of problem creatures, while using a combination of bounce and countermagic to maintain control of the table. Most wins are off of Chandra's Spitfire, which comboes ridiculously well with Niv, or off of the effect of Laboratory Maniac, usually assisted by Jace's Archivist to run through the deck quickly. Any advice is welcome, though I am totally ok with blatant praise as well, I suppose :3. Cheers.
Dementuo
Needs more Ophidian Eye/Curiosity.
Rodrigo
And more lands. 33 is little in my experience. 38 is the ideal amount, but you could push it to 36 is slots get too short.
Trebuchet MS
You might want to look into the Speed vs Cunning Duel Decks once they release. Nice things like Arcanis, Sphinx of Uthuun, Mana Leak, Steam Augury, Balefire etc await. Better boardwipes can be found too. Blasphemous Act, Molten Disaster, Cyclonic Rift, etc. Suffocating Blast and Double Negative are some nice counterspells in the Izzet colours. (GigaDrillBreaker)
I used to run both curiosity and Tandem Lookout, but winning off of them simply was boring, and I never felt like I deserved it. Double Negative isn't not a hard card to used effectively.

But yeah, more lands seem better, and Gadjiltron suggestions are good.
