I dont know if I missed any GUILTs, but let me know if I do. So...

Guilty Pathogens play like Madolches except that the inflict damage when they are Special Summoned. They are all Level 2 DARK Fiend-Type monsters, so you could go for some Rank 2 plays like Number 96 or something. Anyways, here are the cards.

Monsters:

If this card attacks or is attacked: Monsters your opponent controls monsters lose 1000 ATK until the end of the Damage Step.

Assuming you're passing on the Neo-GUILT and the GUILT mutations in UtK2, you've got them all. Bliss doesn't count.

Seeing that Trauma Center is about the operations and the procedures, it's slightly difficult to adapt the pathogens into YuGiOh. Before I check on the cards, props to you for trying.
When this card is destroyed by your opponent's card (either by battle or card effect) and sent to the Graveyard: Shuffle it into your the Deck. If this card is Special Summoned: Inflict 800 damage to your opponent. If this card attacks or is attacked: Monsters all of your opponent controls monsters lose 1000 ATK points until the end of the Damage Step.
What was the power level of LV2 monsters... (rummage rummage) not very high, apparently. 1500 ATK for LV2 looks somewhat exceptional. Compounded with its ATK-cutting effect that effectively gives it 2500 ATK, that's incredible for a no-Tribute monster.

Kyriaki's a rather straightforward GUILT, only made more complex by it appearing in the midst of a multi-op stage. The one stage "Under The Knife" in the games really highlights this, throwing 5 Kyriaki patients at you for 10 minutes. A skilled hand can complete within a little over half the allotted time.
When this card is destroyed by your opponent's card (either by battle or card effect) and sent to the Graveyard: Shuffle it into your the Deck. When this card is Special Summoned: Inflict 400 damage to your opponent. If this card is sent to the Graveyard: Special summon 1 "Guilty Pathogen - Deftera" from your hand or Deck.
The way the first and third effects tend to contradict each other impedes this card's functionality. Doesn't help that it's got terrible 0/1000 stats and doesn't emulate how much of a nightmare this was to fight at its worst in the games. Since Deftera work in pairs, why not have this card create a Token that functions like it, and with both it and the Token doing significant residual damage over time to the opponent?
This card Cannot be destroyed by battle. When this card is destroyed by your opponent's card (either by battle or card effect) and sent to the Graveyard: Shuffle it into your the Deck. If this card is Special Summoned: Inflict 300 damage to your opponent. While this card is on the field, all Monsters your opponent controls monsters lose 500 ATK and 1000 DEF points.
Ah, Triti. You pain in the ass to remove. Thank goodness Second Opinion axed the excision step and simplified the procedure.

Triti's main form of doing damage is, like Deftera, gradual damage over time, amplified if that blue membrane is abound. The stat reduction might be an adaptation of organ calcification, and when working side-by-side with Kyriaki, this lets you take down a lot of monsters in combat. The DEF reduction is questionable, because nowadays it's kind of rare to see situations where you need to break walls by battle.

I'd personally try to adapt Triti's "multiply if you extract me wrong" ability by causing it to spawn Tokens that clog the opponent's field if targeted by a card effect.
When this card is destroyed by your opponent's card (either by battle or card effect) and sent to the Graveyard: Shuffle it into your the Deck. If this card is Special Summoned: Inflict 300 damage to your opponent. If this card is Normal Summoned: You can Special Summon 1 "Guilty Pathogen - Tetarti (A/B/G)" from your hand or Deck.
Addressing all 3 Tetarti at once since they do the same thing within the cycle.

Welcome to the Gadgets of the archetype. The Special Summon trigger finally becomes significant when one Tetarti body Special Summons another. Of course, this means that they're a one-step 2-mat Rank 2 Xyz. Gantetsu? Gladly. Pure Light? Okay! Djinn Buster? Not a problem. Throw in a GUILT already on the field, perhaps Special Summoned by another card effect, and you have access to the 3-mats too.

The fact that Tetarti bodies can put 4 Levels on the field also makes them prime Synchro Summon fodder. Especially when you throw in Junk Synchron and pals into the mix. Maybe restrict them from being used for Synchros?
When this card is destroyed by your opponent's card (either by battle or card effect) and sent to the Graveyard: Shuffle it into your the Deck. When this card is Special Summoned: Inflict 500 damage to your opponent. While this card is on the field, All "Guilty pathogen" monsters you control gain 1000 ATK and DEF points. When a Spell/Trap card is activated: all Monsters your opponent controls loses 1000 ATK points until the End Phase.
Pempti's operations go two ways - you either keep the pressure on it and prevent it from doing anything significant, or its attacks overwhelm you as you can't react fast enough. This card... somewhat emulates that, but not in the best ways.

Pempti's already got admirable 1500/1500 stats on a LV2, but it boosts everyone, including itself. We're talking a 2500/2500 no Tribute monster here, without any illusions unlike Kyriaki. That's already far from acceptable. Then you field multiple copies of it and can just roll all over the opponent in battle, and that's made a little worse with its second effect that weakens the opponent's monsters each time anyone tries a S/T.

Did I mention that the resultant boost makes the GUILT prime targets for EEV and DDV? Try cutting the stat boost.
When this card is destroyed by your opponent's card (either by battle or card effect) and sent to the Graveyard: Shuffle it into your the Deck. When this card is Special Summoned: Inflict 400 damage to your opponent. If this card is sent to the Graveyard: Special Summon 1 "Guilty Pathogen - Paraskevi" from your Deck or Graveyard, and if you do, all monsters your opponent controls lose 1000 ATK points until the End Phase.
Once again, like Deftera, its first and final effects like to contradict. But let's see if I'm interpreting this right.

Opponent kills this card. First and final effects try to activate. You stack it so that the last one goes on top on the Chain, then opt to Special Summon the same Paraskevi that just got destroyed. It comes out of the Graveyard, first effect fizzles since that Paraskevi copy isn't around to shuffle in anymore. You get 400 damage on the opponent and debilitate their monsters. Oh, and you can do this an unlimited number of times per turn and your opponent has next to no way of getting rid of it permanently barring banish shenanigans.

Look, I understand Paraskevi has been a colossal ass to fight (and even harder to XS), but this is ridiculous. Even if you removed the recruitment effect to just pulling out Paraskevis from the Deck, the first effect will continuously ensure that you never run out of Paraskevi. Place a "once per turn per copy" rule so that this Paraskevi is actually treatable.
3 or more (max. 5) Level 2 "Guilty Pathogen" monsters
Once per turn: You can equip attach 1 "Guilty Pathogen" monster from your hand or field to this card as an Xyz Material. This card gains 1500 ATK and DEF points for each Xyz Material attached to it this card. Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material; Special Summon 1 "Guilty Pathogen" monster from your deck. it That monster can attack directly this turn, but they are it is destroyed during the End Phase. During each of your Standby Phases, inflict 800 damage to your opponent.
And welcome to Savato, the Face of Death. It's not Aletheia which Summons the other GUILT, but more of a standalone strain that does its own dirty work.

First off, its stat boost is humongous. On initial Summon you get a 4500/4500 beater that can constantly recruit GUILT and replenish its Xyz Material to prevent them from self-destruction. And this is before we include things like Pempti, Kyriaki, and pals. Oh, and since they're Special Summoned, we get their damage effects off too.

I'm not okay with a 3-mat Rank 2 having such high ATK on initial investment. Start by reducing the boost, say to 800 or so. It still lets Savato stand above the GUILT while having a respectable stat for the investment gone into it. Would also recommend you restrict the replenishment ability to only come from the hand so that there will be a time where it runs out without having any intervention from the opponent.

And how can you not adapt Savato's desperation attack that requires the Healing Touch to counter? Give it an effect that triggers if destroyed while it has no Xyz Material so that it has the last laugh if the opponent's vitals are under 30.
When a "Guilty Pathogen" monster is Special Summoned, add place 1 Guilt Counter to on all face-up monsters your opponent controls. All Monsters your opponent lose 300 ATK and DEF points for each Guilt Counter on them. Once per turn, this card cannot be destroyed.
A rather okay card due to its relative stubbornness to removal. Reminds me of Cloudian Squall. The stat increments can add up quickly after a few turns, forcing the opponent to waste removal on it.
Target 1 "Guilty Pathogen" monster on your field control; Special Summon all copies of as many monsters as you can with the same name as that target from your Deck/Extra Deck, hand, or Graveyard. You can only activate 1 "Pathogen Replication" once per turn.
Well, this is certainly uncomfortable. Welcome to Inferno Reckless Summon without a significant drawback. Let's see what combo I can pull off.

NS Kyriaki. Replicate Kyriaki. 1600 damage. Xyz Savato. Detach, SS Pempti. 2100 damage total. Battle Phase, attack directly with both. 3000 + 1500 + 2000 + 2100 = 8600.

"We're losing the patient!"

Would recommend you restrict where the copies can come from.
Banish all monsters on the field. During your next Standby Phase, Special Summon all "Guilty Pathogen" monsters that were banished by this card. You can only activate 1 "Gulity Cure" once per turn.
You've made a Quick Play boardwipe that surpasses Dark Hole, an already Limited card. And you did not slap on any restriction to its activation. Well done.
When a "Guilty Pathogen" monster is destroyed by battle: Inflict damage to your opponent equal to the Level of the attacking monster x 300.
I assume this does no damage if an Xyz Monster was destroyed.

Still, it's no Magic Cylinder. You still lose the monster but gain no card advantage. And even Cylinder is considered to be bad by many players.
Shuffle all "Guilty Pathogen" monsters in your Graveyard into your the Deck, and if you do, inflict 100 damage to your opponent equal to the number of for each "Guilty Pathogen" monsters returned this way times 100. You can only activate 1 "Catastrophe Reborn" once per turn.
Considering that it's somewhat rare to see the GUILT end up in the Graveyard unless you discard or detach them, Catastrophe Reborn ends up doing pathetic damage most of the time. Might as well Special Summon Kyriaki via some bizarre means.

As a TC fan, good adaptation attempt, poorly executed. And this is before factoring in cards from outside the archetype.

@Gadjiltron: Usually it takes me about a minute or 2 to reply just as your commenht hits the notifications, but for some reason it said the YCM website was down when I tried to get on (I dont know why). I only made these GUILT because I've only seen my Mother play Second Opinion oh-so many times before we sold our Wii system. I'm not familiar with Neo GUILT or GUILT Mutations, although I might look into that later in the future and PROBABLY make cards out of those too. Anyways, HOLY CRAP, I had no idea that you review ALL of them. It makes me happy to know that. Also, I was dying when I read your comment on Pathogen Replication:

"We're losing the patient!"

You went from serious to down-right funny. I will do their all or their grammar edits, I will change their effects around to what you suggested and I WILL change Guilty Cure's effect to Once per duel, I promise. (Question: Do you think I should reduce Kyriaki's ATK and DEF or is it fine as it is?) Thanks for reviewing all of my cards, I will update the cards and this post when I can.

It's not that the problem with Guilty Cure is that it can be spammed, the problem is that it outclasses Dark Hole by a lot even if you only get 1 activation per Duel.

Kyriaki's and Pempti's ATK can afford to be lowered a little. General power level for LV2 monsters is around 1300 ATK max for those with effects, and 1400 tops for Normal Monsters.

Unlike MtG, Tokens in Yugioh are always Normal Monsters, sometimes with lingering effects tacked on them. They are never Effect Monsters and thus cannot have Chain-starting effects tied to them.
When this card is destroyed by your opponent's card (either by battle or card effect) and sent to the Graveyard: Shuffle it into the Deck. If this card is Special Summoned: Inflict 300 damage to your opponent. Monsters your opponent controls lose 500 ATK and 1000 DEF points. If this card is targeted by a card effect: negate it, then Special Summon 1 "Triti Token" effect monster (Fiend-Type/DARK/Level 1/ATK 0/DEF 0) on to your opponent's side of the field. with this effect: This card It cannot be Tributed for a Tribute Summon or used as Material for a Fusion, Ritual or Synchro Summon material.
Ritual Material does not exist. It just uses Tributes, but for the Ritual Spell's effect. Also, while I did suggest that Triti clog the opponent's field if it got targeted, I certainly didn't ask for Triti to negate the effect that targets it. If it did, Triti would become incredibly difficult to remove and become one hell of a wall to surmount. Letting the effect resolve normally while spawning the Token will force the opponent to think over getting their field clogged in exchange for removing Triti, but if they're not even getting the effect, they're not going to try.
When this card is destroyed by your opponent's card (either by battle or card effect) and sent to the Graveyard: Shuffle it into the Deck. When this card is Special Summoned: Inflict 400 damage to your opponent. If this card is sent to the Graveyard: Special summon 1 "Deftera Remains Token". effect monster (Fiend-Type/DARK/Level 2/ATK 0/DEF 0) with this effect: If the Token this card is destroyed by your opponent (either by battle or card effect), inflict 100 damage to your opponent, then Special Summon 1 "Guilty Pathogen - Deftera" from your hand or Deck.
There's two reasons why I've excised the "recruit another Deftera" effect tacked on the Token - first, as mentioned at the top of the post, Tokens can't have effects that start Chains, and second, it would mean a nonstop cycle and near-impenetrable wall of Defteras all the way down, combined with chip damage. And as I've mentioned when I first reviewed Paraskevi, we can't have that.
When this card is destroyed by your opponent's card (either by battle or card effect) and sent to the Graveyard: Shuffle it into the Deck. When this card is Special Summoned: Inflict 400 damage to your opponent. Once per turn, If this card is sent to the Graveyard: Special Summon 1 "Guilty Pathogen - Paraskevi" from your hand Deck or Graveyard, and if you do, all monsters your opponent controls lose 1000 ATK until the end of the turn Phase. You can only activate this effect of "Guilty Pathogen - Paraskevi" once per turn.
Yes, I did request for a "Once per turn:" condition tacked onto the effect. But "Once per turn:" conditions are reset every time the card is no longer face-up on the field. The change I have introduced doesn't look too different, but it ensures that you can only use the effect of once per turn regardless of how many copies you have. It's also impossible to reset as well, unlike "Once per turn:"
When a "Guilty Pathogen" monster is Special Summoned, add place 1 Guilt Counter to all on each face-up monsters your opponent controls. Monsters with Guilt Counters on them lose 300 ATK and DEF each. Once per turn, this card cannot be destroyed by card effects.
Did you reduce the penalty to a flat 300 regardless of the number of Guilt Counters? If that's the case, the flat penalty can afford to be slightly larger. 500 should do nicely.
When a Spell/Trap Card, or monster effect is activated: Negate the activation and destroy it, and if you do, Special Summon 1 "Guilty Pathogen" monster from your Deck. Its effects are negated until it leaves the field. You can only activate 1 "Surprise Diagnosis" per turn. (You must have a "Guilty Pathogen" monster in your Main Deck to activate this card.)
Just taking a page out of Artifact Ignition's book so that it cannot be used as all-purpose negation.

In the future, if there is a dispute with artwork, bring it up to a Custom Cards moderator, preferably myself, and we'll look into the issue.

However, keep in mind that you have indeed necrobumped a 11-month old thread, so I will have to lock this.

Even if it's to mention any copyright infringement, PM a moderator about it + leave it at that.

I will let you off with a reminder this time because you are new.
