JessicaMuddy
PSR TCG Champions I recently came up with an idea for a new card game, PSR TCG Champions! You might be wondering what PSR means, and I have the answer. It stands for Paper, Scissors, Rock, duh! Now you're probably wondering why the hell this is a thing, and I don't blame you. But here it is, the rules of PSR TCG Champions! Descriptions Paper, Scissors and Rock all start with 0 Power each turn, and the goal is to add power to your paper, scissors and rock to destroy the opponents Paper, Scissors and Rock each turn to gain points. Gaining 5 points means you win. You will start with 5 booster cards and 1 magic card in your hand. Each turn you must pick up 5 more booster cards and 1 more magic card. Each turn you must add booster cards to your Paper, Scissors and Rock to boost their power and overpower their opponents. Rock attacks Scissors, Scissors attack Paper and Paper attacks Rock. Order of Play: 1. Draw 5 booster cards and one Magic card from their respective decks. 2. Play any Magic cards you want to. 3. Set your booster cards face down underneath your P, S and R. 4. Flip over these cards and activate the effects of the cards (If any). Then add up the power boosters of the booster cards and attack the opponent's cards. If you destroyed more of the Rock, Paper or Scissors cards than your opponent, you get 1 point. 5. Discard all booster and magic cards, unless stated otherwise. 6. Go to step 1, unless you win 5 points. If so, you win the game! Decks: Decks will consist of 9 magic cards, 45 booster cards and one of each of the main cards (Rock, Paper and Scissors). Setup: Paper Scissors Rock Magic Booster Cards Cards Your Hand Magic Cards: The magic cards have special abilities, such as: Look at one of your opponent's booster cards. Rock cannot be destroyed this turn. Paper's attack is doubled this turn, Scissor's is halved. Magic cards are played after drawing, and are optional to play. Booster Cards: There are 45 of these in a deck, and are set face-down before the battle stage. These cards add power to the Paper, Scissors and Rock and may have special abilities. Examples: +3 Power. +8 Power. This cards must be played face-up when set. +2 Power. This card remains attached to the card it is attached to for the remainder of the game. -1 Power. The card this card is equipped to has its power doubled for this turn. +8 Power. Paper may not attack this turn. Each booster card also show what cards it can be equipped to (Paper, Paper and Rock, Rock and Scissors, etc). Example Card: [attachment=42360:Gem of True Strength.png] This is my idea! Hopefully you guys like it. Please post constructive criticism and questions below!
