Agro
Mega Pikachu'll be a thing guys. GameFreak don't care about Raichu. Also note that Tekken games generally always get released in the Arcade first, and do make it to consoles. Albeit at a much later date. We may not see this until 2016 :(
DL
or late 2015. I don't mind waiting. Smash will keep me busy.
Shradow
If I did have to wait until 2016 I'd be fine, the WiiU will be getting so much stuff in 2015 as it is.
~British Soul~
Katsuhiro Harada (the game's producer) confirmed on twitter earlier that not all of the pokemon in Pokken tournament will be of the fighting-type. I can think of a few viable non fighting types, like Electivire for instance.

DL
Ooh that's cool~ I guess there's more humanoid Pokemon that could be added,.. =P Perhaps even Saking/Snorlax for the 'big' character
LordCowCowCowCowCowCowCowCow
Oh very glad for more than Fighting types. And there are plenty that would work. Druddigon would be cool, and I still think they could make non-humanoids work. I've seen fighting games with snake-like and other such fighters. Althemia
Gengar'd better get in. That's really all I have to say.

~British Soul~
Golurk, please. Golurk would be a cool addition. Other possible additions include; Slaking, Magmortar, Dragonite, Seismitoad?
Spinny
Dragonite might be a bit weird imo small hands big belly... oh and it can travel at the speed of sound?
LordCowCowCowCowCowCowCowCow
Pokemon has the chance of having a ton of weird fighters work. And I really hope they take it. I for one would love Cradily. However there still are many more humanoid ones that would be cool too. Flygon would be interesting, a floating fighter who can use it's tail to attack as well. Oh, and Ampharos better be in it. I'd love that.
DL
His arms are so short tho. How would he attack effectively?
Shradow
We need Ludicolo for some sweet dance attacks.
LordCowCowCowCowCowCowCowCow
His arms are so short tho. How would he attack effectively? Tail, headbutt, it gets Thunder Punch I'm sure they'll come up with some kind of short range energy attack with that. If Soul Calibur can have little Yoda versus giant Astaroth, Pokemon can deal with short arms. XD Think outside the box, there's so many things they can do if they don't stick to "punch, kick, throw" mechanics. And it would really put them ahead of some other fighting games for me. We need Ludicolo for some sweet dance attacks. And Hitmontop, for a dance-off battle.

Kingdom Xathers
Ditto for either a Mokujin/Edge Master expy, or as a cameo for the Random Fighter option. Smeargle as the Com-Bot/Necrid Expy (having moves from various other Pokemon) ... and Mew as a Tekken Tag 1-Unknown Expy (Being able to change styles/forms mid-fight for the lulz). As for Pokemon that I'd like to see/that I'd imagine having a chance of getting in: Chesnaught, Swampert, Pangoro, Barbaracle, Alakazam, Granbull, Kangaskhan, Primeape, Samurott (or, if not, Dewott), Medicham, Feraligatr, Meloetta (with her two Formes working as a Stance System), Aegislash, Farfetch'd (LOL Joke Character), Kecleon, Marowak, Miltank, Jellicent, Dusknoir, Trevenant, Hawlucha, Garbodor, Landorus (or any of the other Kami Trio), Terrakion (or any of the other Swords of Justice), Noivern.... Flame Dragon
All three of the Hitmons better be in this. I would be shocked if they weren't. I feel on this list Hawlucha is basically a lock. Rest are all possible. Ditto should totally be used for training mode or tutorial mode or something. That would be amazing. Agro
I really like Xanther's idea of Ditto being the Random fighter option. Also I wonder if moves will be customizable at all. Like there's all the different button combos you need to do for stuff, but it'd be cool if you could give your fighter different moves to make your opponent not know exactly what they're dealing with. Thar
Ditto being a training opponent could also benefit with transforming into any fighter you wish, testing certain skills against certain opponents, etc.
Zimerick-Art
I hope its a fighting game. Though the thing about Pokken is that it isn't necessarily a crossover with Tekken. When it comes to fighting, the Japanese word "ken" means "fist", and is a suffix in the names of various fighting styles. Before Tekken (which means "Iron Fist") came to mind, I figured it was just a portmanteau of Pokemon and ken, which I guess would be "Poke Fist" or something like that. Everyone make way for the newest Pokemon game, Pocket Fist! Also I could see Scizor and Heracross being on the roster.
Agro
Someone predicted the roster and I like it enough to share it. http://www.dorkly.com/post/67586/predicting-the-pokemon-fighting-game-lineup-using-tekken#!bNgnlM
~British Soul~
Mhm, I'm looking the looks of that roster and it definitely fits into the whole "Not all the pokemon will be fighting-type" thing.
