UPDATE: The polls are now closed as of September 21,2014(which is today). I have carefully analyzed you guy's vites and have made my final decisions. The details are as follows:

Name of Tourney: The Trap's Spooktacular PokéShowdown Tournament
Battle Type: OU
Battle Style: 6v6 Singles
Maximum Amount of Participants: 50(Not expecting to receive that much people but will set the limit anyways).
Registration Period: October 1- October 8
Tournament Period: October 10-October 12
Rules:
*All replay videos MUST BE SUMBMITTED October 11 BEFORE 11:59:59 UTC. Any videos submitted by participants after specified date will be rejected, unless an emergency occurs.
* No Ubers( It's an Ubers match)
*I will notify all members who submit their application(when I post the thread) to confirm your application. All you have to do is make sure that you comfirm your submission by saying the following password: SLOWPOKETAIL
*No profanity/bullying/or unprofessionalism will be tolerated. If a problem occurs, notify me immeadiately.

I don't think the tournament time should be so limited. As proven by the last one sometimes it can be difficult to sync up with someone...

Thank you for your feedback. I will adjust the times to make it slightly easier for the participants.

Perhaps 3-4 days per round seems fair? If an opponent, without any announcement, doesnt show, then he is kicked (if the other person is ready)
